@Stones67 any weird side effects worth note? I feel like they'd be similar to gh

No FLGR negative sides whatsoever. None. Not AT ALL like GH.

Positives- The vascularity (unmistakable), craving workouts once this stuff kicks in over time and at higher doses (1mg/day). The ramp-up of those effects lasted for approx 6-8 weeks and tapered away as I packed on the skeletal muscle mass.

Side note for those on a GLP- YOU HAVE TO EAT PROTEIN (not garbage crap) and lots of it for this to generate a supercharging effect on lean mass. I would suggest Jaquish Biomedical Fortagen 2x daily + the biggest fatty ribeye(s) you can cram down. And roe, lots of roe 😁

GH over 4-6IU I get the darn mitten-hands and clown-shoe feet 😢 Otherwise I'd run 10 IU of the stuff. It's so cheap nowadays for pharma-grade+.

@PeptidePete P1 here - love ALL good info here - Pete, sure value what you say, have a question I couldn't find answered. I'm 63 recently lost 70lbs on Terzepatide and learned how to eat right. Gained 15 lbs muscle (waist still same, don't see any fat added at all) - and take in 150grams/day of Whey Protein. Can't stomach Roe at all. No way. Uhuh can't do it. Or, yet - never say never. Why isn't Whey protein spoken about here? If what I've read/found out/heard Toro Poopoo?

    Thanks much in advance.

Oh - into 3rd week of FLGR242 - Calisthenics 3 days with leg workout a little, Weights 3 days and take 1mg 242 30 minutes before weights 3x/week. Plan on being on it for months - thx all for the JayC code, and I am/will wait for sales.

Peace to all AND thanks to all for sharing. I HATE youtube/sales sh*t.

Almost forgot - 6' and 195lbs. AND have vascularity again - been over 30 years!!!

One thing to keep in mind for everyone is that you can grow your muscles faster than you can grow your connective tissue, and torn muscles and tendons are very common when getting much stronger quickly. Pace yourself, listen to your body, and become glorious!

Protocol question for the team: For someone starting out on a BLL stack, does this sound reasonable?

1 Vial Cell Factors / monthly
        1 Vial SlimAssist / Weekly
        X3 months

Suggestions, corrections, other input welcomed, including and especially things one should or should not do while following these protocols.

My husband tore the bicep on each arm due to this. Dr had started him on test-c (250mg weekly) so he could build back muscle after he was cancer free. The first tear was carrying a sheet of plywood. The second was pulling himself up on a piece of equipment at work.
The tears did not happen working out and lifting heavy, just doing every day common stuff.

Follows research backed science, not “trust me” bro’s.

@myb Yeah, I have had a couple of bad muscle tears and tendon strains when I wasn’t doing anything particularly strenuous. It’s frustrating, especially since for me, that usually means months, not days or weeks, off training.

Wonder how hgh or a secretagogue would help in tandem with the tendon and connective tissue repair while growing muscle at a faster rate.

I'm thinking of adding Lipo-C from Nexaph with my Slim Assist (FLGR242) weekly dose. Any thoughts or suggestions? I sort of feeling like I am in no mans land on what I am actually doing. I want to gain muscle/mass yet I still want to lose my lower belly fat. So really trying to target specific fat loss area which I know is not possible. And I don't think I should be trying to lose anymore weight as I'm at 155lbs at 5'10. I think I should be eating more to help gain muscle yet I don't actually want to gain weight. Feeling confused on what the path forward is.

Experimenting with FLGR-242 for about 3 or 4 weeks now. Definitely think I've seen some improvement, but will come back with more later.

Came across this video about the difficulty of producing legit Klotho: https://youtu.be/LT_ty3kOHDg?is=YPJmbEfKC6ysirRh

I understand what BLL is selling is their own alpha-Klotho product, but can anyone elaborate on the difference, or how their Klotho is produced?

I don’t know about GHRH, but I have used Glow/Klow extensively and basically have no DOMS at all when pushing hard. I don’t think that will help build tendons faster, but it probably contributes to muscle and tissue repair and helps repair small tears before they become bigger problems.

My wife hates that I take supplements, and is sure that they are what put me in the hospital and had to have my gallbladder removed. Just think how she would react to me injecting unregulated research chemicals from China into our beloved hamster!

Lmao; I probably spend $300+ a month of various supplements. See my thread about it. A lot of it is probably a waste of money, but if it doesn’t hurt, it doesn’t hurt.

WRT any product like this, the bare minimum baseline should be: just don’t kill your customers. We aren’t making children’s toys over here.

I’m ready to start my SlimAssist course, but I’m reading conflicting reconstitution guidance above. One post says sterile water only, and each vial is a single dose, while another (from Jay) says BAC.

I bought a dozen vials a few weeks ago on one of the (nearly daily) 50% off sales. My plan is 1mg a week to start, then titrate if I don’t die.

                                So, BAC? Sterile water? Bourbon?

You knew the job was dangerous when you took it, Fred.

@SpaceGhost Given that the add on to my purchase was bac water, I assume that is okay. For stuff like Cell Factors, it comes with a vial of the stuff they want you to use. Not 100% sure if you are supposed to use all of it or only as much as you want.

@vpep this is amazing! Thanks so much!

(I asked them to send me whatever they had on this stuff a while ago after someone here recommended I do so, and the rep denied that any such things existed.)
