Nexaph 5-amino-1-mg
-
My rat had a bad full body histamine response to the 5-amino I got from Nexaph. ISR within minutes, 10 mg was pinned. The rat has a history of histamine intolerance and takes anti-histamines daily. It wasn’t the bac water because nad+ and Reta was reconstituted at the same time, with the water, and they have zero issues with them.

Could you guys maybe make it into capsules if you're getting an injection site reaction/histamine response form subq?

For folks who are interested, I tested for purity (and mass, and sterility, and heavy metals) the 5-amino-1mq I got from Nexaph (batch AMINOMQ5001242026-02 ) and these where the results. Clean on all counts!

Thank you! I just placed an order for it this morning. Now I'm wishing I had ordered 2 lol

Thank you @myb for your post report
Been pinning 50mg daily of this pep. I just bought the same batch as you, grabbed a vial from it to test for ISR after the two posts above, all good, zero ISR. So much individual variability!@PeptidePete Does timing matter or are you doing the 50mg pin in the morning? I ordered some today as part of a GB.

@shaqdiesel I've been pinning 50mg in the morning... but I am sometimes as late as 11am or noon if something in the morning gets in the way. Seems to work for in both cases. I am reconstituting each 50mg vial with 0.6 ml of bac water. I tend to do four vials at a time to put in one cartridge (see @randy 's video on multiple vials to a cartridge). So that's 2.4 ml (4x 0.6 ml) in the first vial, then when that's dissolved I put the result into the next vial etc. You would think I could do five vials to a cartridge... but I can tell you from experience... does not quite work out.

$20/day gets to be the better part of a car payment monthly! HAHA I've got some on hand but they're smaller vials so I may try to just burn through it and see if I see any diff. I'm very lean at the moment so am not looking to lean much more...maybe I'll get Mrs. Hunt_AK to research as well.

It is a great question that I have not determined the answer to. A number of individual variables to consider. I could make the case for AM/PM, w or w/o meals. As noted above I was researching 50mg per pin per day and bumped down to approx 25mg and noticed no difference so remain at ~25mg.
Price is not something I generally consider unless something if greater than several hundred dollars per day. All I care about are effects (primary or side). Side note- a persons acumen at sourcing has an outsized effect on cost. IYKYK. I buy pharma-grade+ GH at .50-.65 per IU. Some people choose to pay $8-10 per IU. You do you boo.

@PeptidePete I'm also a scared boy....CJC/Ipa for now until I can grow up

I've seen this available on these price lists that come across the interwebs.

Wanted to share something I learned the hard way today. I went ahead and reconstituted two cartridges (8 vials) of 5-amino-1mq yesterday in preparation for needing them in the next week or two and put them in a stand on the bottom shelf of my peptide fridge. They froze. Please note: my 5-amino-1mq pens which I keep on the top (of two) shelves in that same fridge have never frozen. None of the other peptide cartridges I've stored on the button shelf have frozen. So I suspect 5-amino-1mq (like many things) lowers the freezing point of the BAC water.
I wasn't super happy to lose 8 vials worth of 5-amino-1mq, but hopefully everyone else can learn from my folly.

Fascinating, thank you for sharing. Thankfully they didn't drip "blood" all over everything else.

@peptidepete Nope. Frozen solid. Sadly, couldn't trust them after that because God only knows what ice crystals do to a small molecule like 5-amino-1mq
