@Randy I have the lyophilized version from a Chinese source and have been trying to figure out the proper use protocol. Best I have come across is reconstituting it with 4ml of BAC and then using it IM at 1-2ml a day for like 10-20. Not tried it as of yet. Was hoping to get some others input before I took the leap!

I get mine from Lotus Pharmacy out of Boca Raton. Because the ampules do not have a sterilized solution, they urge you to use them immediately upon opening them. However I fill syringes and use 3 mL per day. Rightly or wrongly, I stored the excess in the syringes in my fridge. No problem so far.

I researched some Harban Medisan Pharma a few months ago. I went back and looked at my AI search on the conversions and listed it here below Basically one 60 mg Vial = one 10ml Cerebrolysyn ampule

I added 6ml sterile water the first vial and split it into 3 shots since most people doing cerebro were doin 1/3 to half an ampule EOD

next 5 vials I just added 4ml so it was 2 ml per shot and did it 2 days on 2 days off instead of EOD. I didn't want to keep the preperation for more than 24 hours reconstituted becasue i used sterile water.

Injections were smooth and painless everytime. It was decent, I would like to try the original for comparison. A couple of days I could feel it, hard to explain like a really good Semx day where everything is clicking productive and mood is positive. Otherwise I noticed improvment in sleep for sure but generally it was very subtle but still noticble overall.

          Key Equivalence conversions

The 60 mg on the label refers to total nitrogen content (a standard way these products are quantified), not the total peptide/hydrolysate mass.
          • A conversion (based on nitrogen-to-peptide ratios reported for Chinese/generic versions) is: 60 mg nitrogen × ~35 = ~2,100 mg cerebroprotein hydrolysate.
          • Brand Cerebrolysin liquid is 215.2 mg concentrate per ml, so 10 ml ≈ 2,152 mg.
          • Rough equivalence: One 60 mg vial ≈ 10 ml of standard Cerebrolysin solution

I have 30 mg vials of cerebrolysin that you reconstitute from powder. I also have a kit of it from the greys that I have not gotten into yet. Just started a 1mg per day protocol.
Penguin peptides have the 30 mg vial, and they also have vials of Dihexa that I am going to run soon. This is the first source of Dihexa in an injectable form I have seen. I probably won't start it until I finish this round of cerebrolysin. Anyone try it yet?

FYI .....here is an interesting NIH comparative study I found on Cerebrolyson while looking for information when I started my cerebroprotein hydrolysate. I originally only bought one 6x60mg box with the intention to do more but I found this study that made me want to wait and try to find the original preperation, still can't find any. So i just did my 6x60mg box anyways.

No, I have not done any of that (too skeered still to source directly from chi-nah). However, ordered some P21 (Skye) and I’ve had my dad (85yo) use it.
Very subjective… But I do think it’s helping him cognitively, and I’m going to continue to have him use the P21 every few months, just because it feels safer to me, for him. -CM

I'm using only the original version of CEREBROLYSIN Ever Neuro Pharma and i'm buying from EU to be sure it is authentic.

                  Administration:
Single doses of up to 50 ml of solution for injection/concentrate for infusion can be administered, but treatment in courses is preferable. An optimal recommended course of treatment involves daily administration for 10 - 20 days.

Thanks guys, I needed a new rabbit hole. This one might be a deeeeep one. I did realize how old this compound was. My parents used it back in the old country, they were both PhDs, so I highly doubt that they were doing it blindly. They also researched Gerovital, which is basically Novocaine. Unfortunately nf they are no longer with us, but Im looking into something research they might have.

I just ordered Cerebrolysin and Adamax. I would like to read actual experiences with these peptides. I'm still using Semax and Selank nasal. What's the efficacy? Do they have a rapid onset like semax and selank?
