    I mixed up a batch of nasal with peptide critic nasal spray bottles.

    If you do 3 sprays you will most probably flush, a little headache so following day did 2 sprays and work my way up.

    I still didn’t see anything major as bonding but maybe this works better if your partner tries it as well.

    I will try SQ to see if i feel a stronger reaction.

      So depends on source as always. Our spray bottles do 10ish units and how much you absorb varies. Headache means too much.

      I love popping some before a social outing or concert. I just feel less about my worries and can focus on the moment if that makes sense.

        Yes i think 2 sprays is a good start and 3 if the concert or special event is with a partner;)
