@Randy We started with PE-22-28 at 250 mcg subQ once a day for a week then increased to 500mcg once a day (mornings). Cycle 6 weeks on - 1 week off.

I was reading in the Cerebro-something or other thread about hair loss associated with Semax use. That is the first time I have ever heard about that side effect. So I went down a rabbit hole and all I see is a lot of reddit anecdotes indicating that you’re an idiot if you don’t know Semax makes your hair fall out, and one article indicating that none of the human research done on Semax reports hair loss as a side effect. There was one study indicating BDNF may increase hair loss for those predisposed to hair loss.

      Is this a thing?

Also, am looking for Dihexa. It seems to have limited availability from vendors on this site. Is there a preferred source? I have been on the Nexaph wait list for a while.

Please set a funny and sarcastic signature line. It brings me joy. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

I have reconstituted Adamax, Semax and Selank into Nasal sprays. I highly recommend it for any rats that need cognitive boosts during learning trials.

Instead of using amphetamines to enhance learning, I have found that Adamax is a great replacement for traditional stimulants -- and it has none of the associated downsides.

I believe Humans with such conditions as ADHD may benefit greatly from these nootropics, but I have only done so on my Rat...

        Differences:
Adamax is more potent than Semax, and the effects are more pronounced cognitively, but no difference really. It last longer in the body so I would get Adamax for that reason. Selank is quite similar but completely different, brilliant calming effect, should be used for calming or stressful learning situations (such as Rat exams, or Rat Tests) where as Adamax is perfect for studying.

If you had the choice between Semax and Adamax, I say get Adamax.
And if you get one of the two, I say also get Selank too!

I am trying to reconstitute Dihexa right now, but the process is quite difficult from what I've read online... (It requires odd concetrations off DMSO, PEC, etc... it's incredibly hydrophobic!)

Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated for my Rat. ❤

My Rat just finished 30 days of Dihexa tablets low dose and will definitely run it in July for 30 days.

Semax does not seem to do very much for my Rat, he uses 6-8 squirts of 10mg/in 7ml using the same dose of Salank he absolutely feels this and sometimes uses a 2nd dose about half hour later. this absolutely helps with anxiety and calms his brain. lower doses seem to be ineffective.

@brandenscheidecker What dose did you run with Dihexa? I just got the 20mg tabs from Apex but haven’t started researching yet.

I’m currently researching 600mcg of nasal Semax daily, but not noticing anything.

Apex is out! I cant wait for them to restock and have a sale!
I got the brain blend from Alph Biomed, 10mg of Dihexa, .25 of tesofensine, .125 bpc157
Parmount sells it. I noticed significant cognitive results with 1 tablet a day of this.

how did you reconstitute Adamax for intranasal absorption?
Adamax is 1,800-2,000 Da and anything over >1000 Daltons cannot cross the blood brain barrier simply with BAC/Saline/Distilled water alone.

so i want to know how you did it.

I purchesed Semax and Selank for Natasha about a week ago used the nasal sprayers from Randy very good quality and the directions you give are spot on.
Both work well clear the fog but I like Selank more when Natasha comes home from the research lab lol.
Seems to calm Natasha down from high stress day I.T. work. Just ordered Dihexa tablets 5mg we will see.....
