I guess I'm doing it wrong. Using 33g 4mm needles with the V2. Often feeling absolutely no stick whatsoever. Sometimes there's a wet spot on my pinch of love handle after plunging.

I really think a close-up, "this is how you do it" video would help. Especially for leaner folks. To the best that I can glean from watching all sorts of videos, the method is:

    • purge any air
    • pinch
    • stick at 90 degrees
    • Let go
    • plunge

Maybe just going to 6 mm would do it.

You are doing this right...unless you want to feel some pain. The one mistake people make is reconstituting to do 3 units or 5 units. I always say 10 minimum on your math. 20 seems to be the sweet spot.

Ozempic how to videos cover this. https://youtu.be/KGB0h51DaiY?si=540x7d-YOT0UykLd&t=145

33g is great because its rare you feel anything. Leaner rats usually like the 6mm pokies.

My personal research experience… 4mm is best used for mesotherapy because it delivers product in the dermis, and product loss is almost a guarantee. If you’re aiming for SC switch to 6mm.

I haven’t found any pen needles here. Sourcing ideas? Do the Amazon diabetic pen needles fit? What are preferred lengths?

Yes, Amazon. I have been buying Gluco-care and One Care bc they ship to my state. I like the 31g 8mm and recently started using 32g 6mm. Barely feel them.

Please set a funny and sarcastic signature line. It brings me joy. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

Only place anyone would have a 4mm dermis is maybe on the bottom of their heel. Ozempic pen needles are 4mm. If they weren't delivering subcutaneous injections (to even the largest of people) and/or wasting product, Novo Nordisk would be inundated with lawsuits. 4mm is perfect for SC.

@SEOCoder spot on. I do 6mm for glp because i really want to get the "fat juice" in there but 4mm is plenty.
