    Greetings,

84 weeks ago I started down the pathway of using zepbound, resulting in 53 lb loss. However, I have titrated off for six weeks to re-adjust my hormones. Because I was a prescribed patient, I'm not sure if I want to go back that path. But the peptide market scares me, I have purchased bpc-157 in the nasal spray. I made a purchase of Retatrutide from a reliable vendor. But I have been chicken to actually inject, I even filtered out the first two vials after reconstitution. Has anybody had this anxiety?
Or does everybody have this anxiety?

    RC

Welcome! Congratulations on your weight loss and hopefully better health. Yes, I think it is pretty common to have anxiety about mixing and injecting peptides. Many people won’t even go on doctor prescribed GLP-1’s because they are scared of needles, so you are already past that.

I don’t have much advice to offer beyond do your calculations, start slow, sanitize, and watch a lot of videos. Safe and happy researching!

FWIW, I also started with compound tirzepatide, which i still use, and have gone way down the peptide rabbit hole, focusing on longevity research.

Thank you, I need every bit of encouragement I can because this is damn nerve-wracking. I reconstituted Reta.

@nosaj I was just very hesitant. I guess I'll just have to get over it.

I had that anxiety the first time.

I'm sure many of us were a little bit nervous.
Now I look forward to it 🤪
