I have ordered several different products from them but mostly the glp2t. I always had super fast shipping and great quality product. Never had an issue. Their prices are a bit higher than places that lyphilize in house though.

I had an issue with a MotC vial yellowing after a week of research so I contacted them. I asked if they would send me another replacement as a 1 time courtesy and today got an email that it is on its way.

@Randy Hospira but was towards the end sitting in my refrigerator. I keep the bac water in a sealed case now not just in the open. Im learning, I guess
