My apologies if this is too off-topic but can these pen vials also be used for oils as well as peptides? I've gotten increasingly frustrated with trying to not have a lot of waste or incorrect dose on items with very low amount of units, using syringes. While with water, it's easy to add more, it's not so easy for me to get supplies to dilute a oil, and I only need 2 units.

I will defer to those who are using pens for T or thick peptides, but I think the main challenge will be the viscosity of the oil, needle gauges, and whether the spring in the pen is sufficient to push the oil.

Every day that I wake up is further evidence of my immortality.

Droplet 29g 12mm pen needles may be the go to without spending a ton of money for specialty needles of greater length and bigger bore size.

I may be a few months late. I use 1/2 long 29g needles on my v2. It pushes some oils well. Like my Test in MCT oil. My old Test in Grape seed oil not so well.

Ive tried manual pens and auto pens for oils and depends your dose and where you inject comes whats easiest for you.

Right now im doing daily IM of Test in MCT oil so its not thick, it will work but I noticed the dosing was not exactly precise either in a pen.

So my set up right now is BD or Embecta 30g 1/2”, there the thinest 1/2” available in a syringe.

I tested a separate syringe with thinner needles but at small dose you leave some in the back of the needle and syringe, that set up works better for larger doses.

So what i do is use 1 syringe to pull the oil at precisely the dose, then pull the plunger off the 30g and back load it, and do for the week or month.

I just grab, shoot and tose, simple.

I also preload all my ghk with extra back in luer lock syringes and add fresh 34g 8mm needles, i do the whole bottle and put them in a box in the fridge, then pull one out, i let it get room temp, and fire away, no sting.

Im probably going to do the same with MotsC, just preload them, because those i like doing right before my workout so taking a pen in an icepack to the gym, is a pain in the ass and i have also left my Motsc pen overnight in the gym bag, so preloading a syringe seems like a better fit for me.

Everything else, SS-31, TA-1, Reta, GH, BPC, TB500, KPV, CARTALAX, NAD+, are all in pens

@noctivagant Ive been using a v2 pen for a month now with 29g 10mm pen tips for subQ T injection. I take the entire pen with vial and put it into a baby wipe warmer for about 5 minutes. No issues at all.
