What tips should I be looking at to use with my newly bought V4? I have the gluco-care 33x4 but they don't work with the hidden cap feature.

@tb1 The carts are pretty standard. I recommend the ones sold on this site. They are a little more money but 100% less shady than the ones on Amazon that may or may not have actually been sterilized using your cousin’s hair dryer.

@Randy I think that link is bad, the packaging is in Chinese, and the reviews are not great. I think you may need to update the link. Also take a look at the description.
