    Need help from the hive mind.
    In the past week or two I read about a peptide that directly affected SAM. Problem is I don’t recall which one.
    I miss Peptide Sciences because you were able to search a pathway such as SAM and it populated a list of peptides that affected that pathway.

      It may of been 5-amino-1mq.
      “5-Amino 1MQ (5-amino-1-methylquinolinium) is a membrane-permeable molecule discovered in 2017 that selectively inhibits nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT), an enzyme highly expressed in fat and muscle tissue. NNMT regulates energy metabolism by consuming S-adenosylmethionine (SAM) and reducing NAD+ availability, which can slow fat cell metabolism and contribute to weight gain. By blocking NNMT, 5-Amino 1MQ restores NAD+ levels, activates SIRT1 (a longevity-linked enzyme), and enhances mitochondrial function, effectively "waking up" dormant fat cells.”
