Does any have any experience with L-Carnitine?

I recently started a protocol of 500mg daily of L-Carnitine.

Had it in the fridge, dosing 100units, IM

The post injection pain after 1 week on both arms are insane.

Im looking for options, subq, no fridge, vendor,

Any information will help
