Endotoxins do not make Tim feel warm and fuzzy.

NAD is something I want to take long term and my number one fear is injecting endotoxins and other contaminants. Is janoshik the best company to test for this?

I came across this one on TG, related to endotoxins as well

@douglasyoung got it! I did download the app last night. Is there an app for this community? I am accessing this community on my phone. Navigating this on safari is clunky.

@Anthony for what brand/batch? This is just a random endo test.

I know this is a debated topic, but just curious on people’s thoughts of Finnrick (Krause Analytical) for testing. I realize they aren’t the best of the best, and have had some issues with blind testing, but just wondered if it’s worth considering for testing on a batch… since they do free testing on some peptides.

I think their testing can be useful, but I think the fact that they fail for overfills wildly skews their ratings. IMO, only the newest of newbs - and a few notorious YouTubers pimping their own products - think an overfill is bad if they have a valid COA in hand.

For example, my latest batch of tirzepatide tested at 70 mg for a 60mg vial. I will reconstitute based on the 70mg test, take care with the first couple doses, and roll from there. But I am not going to demand a refund and badmouth the company that sold it to me for giving me 17% extra.

And fwiw, I have bought vials from clinics where the price was $400 for a 10mg vial (ex. Sermorelin) and they don’t provide any testing results. You just take their word for it that the dose is the dose. And that is how 99% of clinics do business. You are expected to assume 501a/b means no testing is needed.

My .02 from an idiot in the crowd.

I completely agree with there rating system and poor grades for overfill, but for a single user with one kit, I was just hoping this was a semi-reasonable option for mass and purity assurance prior to use.

I’d see what Randy says, but given what I know about them, I would be fine using them to test for purity and content. I just take their general ratings with a grain of salt.
