I am looking on researching Semax and Selank as a nasal spray, I looked at a few places and they sell them separately, not a blended version. Does anyone know a vendor that sells a blended semax and selank spray for research? Thanks

@iMemphis18 I ordered them separately and mixed my own nasal spray. I made another with dsip. if you need some info I saved the links for mixing, as well as a calculator for nasal sprays. I made a pinealon spray I use after my semax/selank every morning.

@carolynelrod Oh, I wasn’t aware DSIP could be done via nasal, that sounds great.

I had read that it can cross the blood/ brain barrier through nasal spray, so thought that could help reduce pinning.

Does anyone have information on Selank and Semax nasal sprays? I know the original Selank and Semax work intranasally as all the research was done this way. What about NA-*-Amidated variants? I understand they are more stable to get through the cell lining but they are also larger molecules. What is about Adamax? Is it still good intranasally?

@carolynelrod I've made a few nasals, but not 100% sure I'm doing it correctly and so they will last beyond two weeks. How did you make them? I used .9 sterile sodium chloride, but I need some type of stabilizer for bacteria.

Selank has helped my rat on some evenings. Instead of sprayer-bottle stuff, I’ve been reconstituting with 3ml of sterile-saline directly into the 3ml vial of 10mg Selank. Then I use a Luer-Lock syringe (needle) to draw up the exact dose; REMOVE NEEDLE; tilt head back; drop equal parts into each nostril direct from Luer-Lock (with gentle snort). Refrigerate after each use; toss after 2wks. Quick & easy. Probably not acceptable in public tho 😅

@Jake_PepTron Wow that's some true biohacker trick to avoid spray bottles and DIY from only available resources. Good job! 👏

@vpeptides LLM tools said the NA-amediate etc is unnecessary. But I'm not an authority on this research. I'm just dipping my toes in nootropics/bioregulators research.
