    My friend just received his order from Nexaph and the vials didn't have the company labels as advertised on website.
    Another thing, none of the vials had the batch number on them either.
    The box the vials came in had the nexaph logo and lot number that's all.
    I'm not trying to create a negative vibe or open a can of warms with what I'm asking.......
    I'm just trying to understand since I'm still new and learning.!

      They don't have labels. They never have. They dont advertise them anywhere in their copy on the website. Label them yourself or buy single bottles.

      The box they come in has a qr code with a link to the tests.

          @rob while they don't have labels, they do have colors for the capt/ring. Always check those against the COA to make sure some mistake didn't occur.
