Review

The issue here was not just the product itself, but the lack of a reasonable response once concerns were raised. The liquid solution I received was far more thinner than comparable products I have previously purchased and the potency was basically non existent. When I contacted support, I was given assurances but no actual resolution and that the batch was within specification.

A company can rely on “paperwork” it chooses, but from a customer standpoint this was a disappointing and unconvincing experience. That is not the kind of customer experience that encourages repeat business and I, for one, will not be a repeat customer. (I can provide screenshots)
