I’ve not ordered from Aavant before… when using their Bot to order, do you just start typing what you want to @aavant_bot and follow the prompts, or is there a command you need to type (like “/start”) to get it going?

@MyB Thanks, I have enough from Nexaph and will wait for the next 12mg batches. I can't possibly go through 30mg at 3mg a week and keep it for 10 weeks in bac water with good conscience. Would rather pay more for the 12mg and buy multiples. I'm not sure of their release cadence but hoping in April they do it again and I catch it in time along with some other offerings! I've been in their telegram group but never really paid enough attention to them. Appreciate the heads up though.
