Lone story short… after a two week break, I accidentally dosed my rat with 2mg KPV last night instead of the usual .5mg.
It woke up to back pain, gone. Frozen shoulder, gone. Could breathe through both nostrils and had crystal clear vision.
It only lasted a few hours but they did enjoy it while it lasted.

@myb Interesting... I run 750 mcg once or twice a day, might have to look at upping that...

@peptideed any worries about extended inflammation shunting, or is not really a concern due to short half life?

@myb not so much at 750 mcg once a day. Normal recommendations are 250mcg-500mcg once a day. When I went to 750 mcg I looked into upping the dosage slightly and found there is some body mass dependence, and I am on the bigger side (though getting smaller!). I only do 750mcg twice a day when actively inflamed. I'd clearly want to do some more research before going up to 2mg once a day.

@MyB Woah. This could be a happy accident.

@Randy I have a pretty good sense of which peptides have a built-in limit(i.e. GHRH) but not which ones where mega-dosing might have some benefit.

I finally said "fuggit" on the GHRH ones...just doing 2iu of the real thing. Never looking back.

@peptideed I just want to say thank you for bringing Kpv dosed twice a day to light. This week I have dosed abt .333mg twice a day and it has made a significant difference in my research.

@myb I'm delighted it helped you. I stumbled into it quite by accident when going through a rough patch. I also dosed BPC-157 morning and evening during that period, and I think it helped.

My rat worked up to 1mg in the AM and 1 in the PM hoping to find that sweet spot, but never did after 2 months. Going to try another cycle in a month, will try your method of in the PM.

I've had a lot of surgeries in the last 4 years and still dealing with inflammation from knee replacement last year. My rat needs to cycle off klow in a few weeks and was wondering if KPV could still be used for the month of klow vacation. Ratman doesn't want any inflammation to come back. Finally feeling closer to normal.

We didn't have a good experience with KPV capsules of 500 mcg I got from Atomik Labz. Both laboratory animals felt very bad after it was being used on them. It could be loosely described as how somebody would behave after a 10x load of caffeine. But the only compound listed other than KPV was magnesium stearate, which is neutral. The experiment was repeated sublingually, and with 1/3 of a dose, with the same results. Same story, even worse, happened with their 3 mg Epithalon capsules.
Interestingly, KPV 500 mcg capsules, acquired from Integrative Peptides (human consumption grade), had no such effect at all.

Any research that KPV has long term healing and reduced inflammation, where there is eventually no need for it or just a few times a week?
