    @randy

    So I purchased the gansulin pin about 1-2 weeks ago and everything was working fine. Tonight, I set the units to 40u, pinned my rat, it slowly got to 20u...... then it just simply stopped. I keep pressing it, nothing happens. Could it be defective? And if it is, does the pens have a warranty/exchange through you guys since I purchased from you?

    Thanks

      What size needle? What compound? is the stopper in the cartridge crooked? have you tried it with the cartridge warm?

      This is likely one of those and not a broken gansulin. even ive had this happen a few times.

        I had this happen with my new cartridge of NAD+. Pretty sure the stopper just got stuck. I used a syringe to pull a dose last night, and it seems to be moving fine again. I might need to find a new cartridge source. Overall, I have only had a couple issues with pens and carts, and am much happier using pens. When I use syringes, I seem to have a knack for finding vessels and getting bruised.

        Or maybe lube my carts with EVOO. But I’ll need a Jano COA and the EVOO will have to pass sterility tests… (Jokes!)

        Please set a funny and sarcastic signature line. It brings me joy. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

          I have seen unlocking tools on other sites. Don’t own one of these pens but wanted to share.

            So ai has one of my Covipens (same as the Gansulin pen) lock up. The seller was super cool and is sending me that tool you just posted a picture of. Hopefully @Randy will start to stock that tool since this site seems to sell a lot of Gansulin pens.
            So far the Covipen/Gansulin pens are my favorite. I have tried a little of different ones now..
