I came across this AI peptide builder that if definitely way over my head, but looks very interesting. You can sign up for their site and using AI, some prompts with a GUI to get a specially trained LLM to help you discover and analyze peptides all in plain english for the most part. Check them out if you get bored or you have a touch of the Tis like me and I think you'll find it interesting.

Very interesting, had to check it out 🙂

"LigandForge generates 150,000 peptide drug candidates in 3 minutes — a million times faster than existing methods, unlocking a tsunami of possible treatments.

A man with no medical background used ChatGPT, AlphaFold, and Grok to design a custom mRNA cancer vaccine for his dying dog — and her biggest tumor shrank 75%."

Someone was talking about the dying dog and the tumor, but I didn't catch the whole story on another forum. This must be what they were referencing.

      Thanks for sharing this!

That amazing! I lost my dog two years ago from a tumor on Valentines day. Its a long story but I didn't event want the dog but he turned out to be the best dog I've ever had. He was a 150lbs German Rottweiler. Fast forward to now and I was given another dog I didn't want a Royal Poodle! He just turned a year old, and he is too smart for his own good!
