I have purchased 2 times from NexGen. Both times it was a very easy process and they shipped quickly and I was able to track! I was a little nervous that it was shipped in an envelope instead of a box but the vials were not damaged either time. They seemed to be good quality as I had no adverse reactions other than the expected burning and welp at injection site. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the cap on the second vial was a little wonky like the little metal topper wasn't evenly pressed down around the top if that makes sense. That may not mean anything but being this is all "research" your already a little nervous so I overthought it a good day before I used it, lol! I'm still alive so it must have been ok! Overall, I would buy again.
