Hi, this sounds like it may have been your first time ordering from an International warehouse. The timeline you have given is a completely normal timeline. You placed an order 3/17 and received tracking on 4/2. That’s actually very fast considering the post CNY backlog. The delays after the package is handed off to the freight forwarder are not something Chimera, or anyone else, can control. Many times tracking will not show any updates for 2-3 weeks until it arrives in the US and hits customs. It’s at that point it is assigned a new number and awaits customs clearance before being dispatched to you. Typical timelines right now are a total of 45 days.
