I have gotten some of those 3ml cartridges that the vendor say are sterile, but the steam block doesn't show it to be sterilized. Don't laugh -- but I put them in my Ninja Foodie with the pressure cooker top on and pressure cooked them for 30 minutes. If they weren't sterile before ........ the steam block does turn black.
