@Eleanor I have placed several orders from Nexaph and the only time I had an issue with no vac was this batch of NAD+. All others have been perfect.

I just want to post this as a compliment to Cain and Nexaph. I had 5 vials from the kit that had no vacuum at all. I was assured by Cain that there were no sterility issues and that 1 out of 3000 vials do not have a vacuum. Needless to say 50% of the kit not having a vacuum is a large statistical anomaly. The caps were not visibly damaged but definitely "askew" on the top of the vial and felt "loose" compared to other pep vials.

I did not use any of those vials. I have read on telegram that several others have had the same issue with the batch I received as well. After several emails with Cain he graciously gave me a credit and I am very grateful. Just wanted to post this here for information's sake about Nexaph. I will definitely be buying more from them in the future with no hesitancy.

@Randy Thank you for pointing that out. Such a small detail but can make a huge difference on the effectiveness of the pen.

I think you are probably already doing this but...I have found that if I "pre purge" a newly filled cartridge from the filler block before I put it in my convi pen it is much smoother. There are times when that stopper is "sticky" or a little more difficult to get started when it is new. So when you have your breather needle still after filling the new cartridge, just push that silicone stopper up to purge the air out and hopefully it will be much smoother for you and take pressure off of the pen mechanism.

So like everyone I am cautious to post a review about a vendor but Nexaph is a quality resource. Albeit you are paying more than true China Grey, you are guaranteed quality. Shipping is ultra fast. Cain is always very responsive and very helpful to answer questions. The packaging comes with the QR code for the COA's. I cut them off of the package and am starting a collection of peptide trading cards!
I have ordered Reta (GLP-3) from their presale, ATP (SS-31), CJC/Ipa, and a few others and all of them are top quality. If you are on the more cautious side with your peps, Nexaph is the way to go.
