I saw that increased heart rate was a known side effect of reta, and I already have anxiety to do that for me.
I'm on week 4 of tirz now and feel great, so I'm not interested in stopping it anytime soon!

If reta exists, why do you still research sema or tirz? -
Hello everyone!@jackie Thank you!!

GHK CycleThere are a few doctors on youtube (Dr. Alex Tatem and Dr. Ashley) who both say that ghk-cu are "well-tolerated" in the body, but I've also read horrible stories about people getting painful welts, swelling, and other reactions from taking it, which freaks me out a little. Are you taking it primarily for skin/hair benefits or to promote healing? I've also heard that you need to take a zinc supplement if you're taking GHK-Cu? There seem to be so many contradictions about this one !

Hello everyone!Hey there, I'm so excited that I found this community! I'm fairly new in my research and am currently in my third week of experimenting with tirz, which is going really well so far. I'm getting married on Halloween this year and my goal is to, frankly, look hot as heck before the Special Day arrives.
I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but I am what the kids call "skinny fat" and need to tone up. Unfortunately, I am a shorter gal, so seeing changes in my body always seems to take FORever. I'm also interested in trying GHK-Cu or KLOW for the hair and skin benefits, but I haven't decided for sure which is right for me yet.
Anyway, I'm thrilled to be here, and I look forward to learning more from all you lovely people!
