Made, an order, they left out a small $1 vial box. I emailed them just to let them know I told them id make another order soon & it could be sent then but they said we will have it to you in 2 days... that $1 item cost 10x more to ship.. but they had no problem doing it

I made an order, including a small $1 vial holder, when I received the order it was not included, I emailed them just to let them know & told them wait until next order i would get it, the gentleman messaged back immediately & said it would be shipped out that day & apologized for the inconvenience, they made a customer for life .. they literally spend 10x the shipping to send me a $1 item... thank you!!
