After having an issue reconstituting multiple vials of a peptide, I used their Contact page and asked if they had any reports of issues with my batch and for advice on reconstituting. After a few days of no response, I emailed them directly and received a response in a matter of minutes. I was assured there were no issues with my batch (or any other batch). They offered to send me replacements which I greatly appreciated. After a week without a delivery or shipping information, I sent a follow up email and was told my product shipped. After another week without a delivery I sent multiple emails asking for an update but did not get any responses. After sending another email saying I'd like to put in another order but was waiting to know if I would get my replacement order first, they responded in minutes and I was told that it shipped that day and I would get an email later in the day with the tracking info. Almost two weeks have passed and no delivery or shipping info.
I understand that this was just a replacement but I would rather they just told me they don't send replacements instead of telling me it shipped multiple times when it didn't. This used to be the go-to site for me and my friends because of the competitive pricing and quick shipping but I feel the trust is now gone.
