Ive been pinning glutathione for 4 weeks now, 100mg 2x a week for the first 2 weeks and 200mg 2x onwards. My plan is to take the glutathione for 4 months which is how long my Accutane cycle is aswell. When I started my cycle I also started taking Accutane - I thought this would actually be beneficial as the Glutathione may help the liver stress caused by Accutane.

Though through research and pondering, I'm thinking that maybe the glutathione puts extra strain on the liver making it work more to eliminate oxidative stress - free radicals etc. SO, im wondering if the glutathione may be more unwanted stress on the liver alongside with Accutane.

So does anyone have leads findings and experiences on this topic?

Hi guys been researching a lot on Glutathione. I’m particularly intersted in its effects on combating oxidative stress and its ability to combat the effects from heavy medication like accutane. Saying that do you think a dosing schedule of 100-200 mg Sub-Q 2-3 times a week is practical for combating the liver stress caused by accutane?

I think Ill do first week 250mcg for loading phase, then then next week 2 doses of 250mcg as maintenance.

Ive been jumping around dosing suggestions regarding Melanotan 1.

Some say start with 1mg daily for a week and then 1-2 times weekly on 1mg maintenance dose. Then some say start with 250mcg/500mcg. What is the best protocol dosing as I cant decide. Or at least the best amount to start with.
