Yeah they've been doing a couple of crazy things I bought mot c and reta use the same brand new bottle of bac water the reta was very cloudy The Mot c was clear they told me because I reconstituted them they cannot give me a refund how in the heck are you supposed to test the bottles if they're good if you don't reconstitute them? This does not make any sense at all I'll never do business with them again!!!

I ordered reta 20mg and mot c 40mg from Southern Amino been a decent customer never had a problem always had fast delivery and good product until I bought the reta came out very cloudy while the mot c was perfectly clear with the same bac water I even sent them a side-by-side pic of both products they say company policy no returns after mixing which is ridiculous how would you know if the product is good or bad until you mix it for a substance that cost them $10 dollars or less to buy from China and sold for $40- $150 I bought it for $67.75 I come to find out I got a 6 month old batch I work hard for my money I hate throwing it away for nothing tossing it to the wind pisses me off it doesn't make any business sense at all to lose a good customer I give it a one-star
