@PeptidePete I'm a 5'4" 55 yr old female .. been lifting and active since teenage years , in fact I competed in body building in my early 20's..saying that to establish that I have always been body aware and cared about my health ( never endulged in ultraporcessed food , seed oils, fast food etc ) . I started FLGR micro in May this year and I am absolutely amazed.... my muscle memory came back ( had a lifting break of about 5 years during the covid era ) ...
