I started using V4s this week and have had an issue myself. Not that the cap doesn't depress but not getting depth with the needle length. I bought 4mm. I've just been taking that cap off to expose the whole tip. Don't want to waste what I have but would buy longer tips in the future.

Yes, I see it now. The spring-cap is hitting the needle housing, which is fairly wide. Works fine in V2, but not V4. I purchased the narrow housing needles. Thank you!
