@Stevepep Thank you for sharing your concerns. We at GenPeptide are aware of the community's requests for additional testing and are working on adding additional testing. We have a 4 month plan to introduce 7x testing for all peptides, and a short term 4 week plan to add two additional tests (endotoxins and heavy metals) to our top sold peptides.

@uxu We sold out that batch few days ago. Our new batch tested through Janoshik also has Purity in the 97% range.

First, our records do not match the timeline your shared. Your order was placed on July 16, 2026, and delivered by UPS on July 22, 2026. You sent your questions regarding the COA on July 27, 2026, five days after delivery.

Your review states that you “went ahead with the purchase” after contacting us. That sequence is not accurate. The order was delivered to you five days prior to you reaching out.

Second, regarding your reported results: we are sorry that your research is not meeting your expectations. Please note that individual reported outcomes do not establish the purity, identity or content of a product. Those are established through laboratory testing, which we provide with every batch. Reasons for your research outcomes may include your selected research protocol, especially if it involves a product that requires increasing the research amount at regular intervals.

We welcome scrutiny into our company, but we ask that the timeline be accurately represented. Please note, our COAs are readily available at the time of purchase, and we welcome customer questions regarding the COAs.
