I did MOTS-c, just now taking a break. How would a person know if they needed NAD+ or SS31? What symptoms would they have that they were trying to help?

So today when I was working I had YouTube on. Someone that I used to listen to, until I found out that he lies about things, popped up as the next video to play. He is suggesting that people take 10 mg PER DAY of MOTSc paired with 50 mg of five amino1q. I stopped it and replaced it because I thought I heard it wrong and I was only half listening. In the first place who could afford that and in the second place that is way too much of both of those Peptides!

I think the injections were the main driver of the change. But it took four months before I saw much improvement really on my skin. Five months for my hair. I’ve only done the topical a little over a month. However, I suspect that that had something to do with my rosacea doing better. I’m not sure though.

The insulin pen I ordered for my hubby came this morning. I used it for his wolverine shot. Y’all are right, that thing is sweet. I am off MOTS-c for a month, but I think I’m going to need to get one for me for that!

I didn't put any BACWater in the serum. I reconstituted it with a little HA and then put it in the HA bottle.

Not exactly. I followed a video on YT called Wrinkle Twinkler and ordered their products from the video. I have since ordered cosmetic grade GHK-cu from Amp when they had a BOGO sale and I will just mix that with the HA. I may buy Snap8 again, but probably not the Syb-take.

I use GHK-cu subq and topically. I mix the topical with hyaluronic acid from The Ordinary

No lumps. When I pin in my glutes, I don’t pinch anything. When I was pinning in my tummy area, I did.

I have found that just injecting in my glutes instead of any other area really helps.

I like the 33g 4mm slightly better, but I am currently using 32g, because the 33 were out of stock.

Immediately is very surprising! I used it, prepared that it would be MONTHS. I first noticed my nails weren't breaking and splitting at 1-2 months. Overall skin texture looked improved at 3 months or so. It took 4 months before I felt like I noticed improvement in fine lines on my face. My hair was also noticeable thicker and healthier looking.
