How much BAC water did you put in your vile? I ordered 10mg

Hello everyone, I’m Currently running retatrutide 4 mg/week + GHK-Cu 1 mg daily. I’m recovering from a lumbar strain—walking is fine now, but I still get tightness/cramping when sitting. I’m looking to add BPC-157 to the stack. Does this combination look reasonable, and what BPC-157 dose/schedule would you suggest for a beginner?

I’m bought my BPC-157,GHKCU,and Reta all in glacier aminos

My BAC water was about 15 days old after first use when I used it to reconstitute new retatrutide and GHK-Cu vials. Those vials are supposed to last me about a month. Is there anything specific I should keep an eye out for, like cloudiness, particles, color changes, or signs of contamination?

I’m new to BPC-157 and researching it for recovery from a lumbar/back strain. For people who have used it, what beginner dosing ranges do you commonly see discussed, how often is it typically taken, and how do people usually reconstitute a 10 mg vial? I’m mainly trying to understand the usual beginner protocols and the concentration math before I prepare anything.
