They're very professional and have a free shipping tier. Every order comes with 3mL of bac water which is nice and they do UPS Next Day Air Saver free for orders over $300. They allow credit cards too. Prices are very fair overall, so while you may pay a little more here, you pay a little less there, so it evens out if you're sourcing from one spot for convenience. I haven't sent their products in for testing yet, but their COAs checked out and everything reconstituted nice and clear.
