Interesting is that KPV as 3-peptide should be relatively cheap and easy to produce using a simple solution-phase synthesis. Amino acids are widely available.
P.S. AI actually suggests it's an exception and a solid-phase synthesis is used is this case, which is also difficult to use in case of 3-peptides.

Discussion: The Peptide Market Has a Zero-Pep Problem. We Found It at a Brooklyn Smoke Shop. -
CJC-1295 Without DAC + IPA 5mg + 10mg@SkepticJen I am using this one, but you can find it cheaper, for $50 or so online on other sites, I got it from AliExpress. It doesn't list this feature (Pulse mode) for some reason, but pushing shortly on power button switches the modes between solid /10hz/40hz

ARA-290 RECONSTITUTION ?easier for me to get Physer BAC which from what I understand is exactly the same just relabelled
yes, unless it is really Physer and not Phizer

So what's the community consensus on Kovera Labs right now?I told Kovera man to add LC-MS charts to their COAs. Until then I am suspicious of validity of their identity tests.

TO: PEPTIDE PLUGS - If You're Reading This...I don't like their trick with "no password" login. It means that if I know your email I can see all your information including your addresses and orders. All other vendors for example that have your email may check it. https://peptideplugs.com/wp-login.php

Pinealon availability@STATIEEIGHT that's vita-stream selling through Ebay.

CJC-1295 Without DAC + IPA 5mg + 10mgI am just doing it less than a month, the pain is better now, but ask the old and wise people, I am a newbie like you.
-
CJC-1295 Without DAC + IPA 5mg + 10mg@ed1 Most likely your pain will go away in a few days after you stop it.
-
CJC-1295 Without DAC + IPA 5mg + 10mg@ed1 as I understand, it's a common side-effect from GH-related treatments. I had no joint problems before, now my wrists and knees hurt.

CJC-1295 Without DAC + IPA 5mg + 10mgI have two of those vagus nerve pulsing devices and they do nothing for me. I have a very sensitive vagus nerve, after I eat, my stress level goes sky high for many hours.
Recently I learned that visual stimulation at 40 hz may help switching the brain to be in more parasympathetic state. I had my Red/IR LED lamp that I used in the winter mornings, it had 3 modes, solid light, a 10 hz, and 40 hz. I usually just used the solid light. So, for a few days I have been using it for 5-10 minutes in 40 Hz mode before sleep. I see a noticeable difference. Lately my sleep got worse because of me using Tesamorelin. But these few nights my sleep got better and better, the stress lowered. It's too short time to tell anything, there are cofactors too, but I will keep testing it. -
So what's the community consensus on Kovera Labs right now?@Jake_PepTron that is my understanding as well. A trustworthy vendor is a lot more important than a reliable COA. There are so many ways to get a good COA for a crappy product.

Jeff is live with Rory from Crush on X@NobleONe oh, they told why. Chances of anaphylactic shock.

Every Vendor I have Tried Plus Apps, Bloodwork etcI ordered first from Verified Peptides. I liked they had Janoshik COAs and batch IDs. Everything I tried from them (Thymulin, Vilon, Epitalon, CJC/IPA) made me feel ill, unless the dose reduced to 0.1mg or less. To this day I have no idea what's wrong with them, I haven't tested anything.
I also used Bioedge Research Labs, a less known, but I can't complain about it, everything seemed a good quality, was tolerated well, except AOD that gelled, but this one is tricky. Their customer service is great.
I used Atomik Labz. Their vials were fine. Their pills made me feel bad. When I asked them for help they threatened to ban me if I ask again.
So I figured I am somehow more sensitive to the quality of the compounds than most of the people. If anything is off with it I feel it immediately while other people can consume it fine. So now when I try something new I get it from 3 places and compare.
I used Ion Peptides, they were ok, but stingy. Thymosin A1 didn't dissolve and all I could get is a partial refund on one of two vials, after a week of arguing and proving it.
I was referred to Canlab International. They had no COA available (now they say you can request them), and very expensive, but the quality of the items I tried was always very high. I understand they do local lyophilization.
I got Reta from Glacier Aminos, and from the side effects, no effect from the dose, and the chart from Kovera COA for that batch I am convinced I was sold Tirzepatide mislabeled as Reta. I think it might be not on Glacier Aminos, it's because Kovera people couldn't use their equipment properly. Hope they learned since then.
I used Reta from Crush Research and this one works well. Crush Research is good but with Rory selling the company the future is uncertain.
I like Peptidology, their 14x testing from Vanguard, their selection is good. The quality I can't complain about. Unfortunately the Peptide Critic discount code only worked a couple times and then expired.
I got many bioregulators and other peptides from Bio Longevity Labs. The quality of the peptides seems to be very very good, I have no issues at all. There are also good sales from time to time and I can get good deals. They don't have batch numbers on vials though, even though Jay C (the owner) insists to never buy the products with no batch numbers. They do publish COA though, for unidentifiable batches.
I got Tesamorelin from Peptide Crafters. First I used Tesa from Bio Longevity, and it felt fine. When I switched to Crafters I felt bad after each dose, so I paused, retried and felt bad again. So now I switched to Southern Aminos Tesa (I told that I try from 3 vendors), and I feel fine again. So, Peptide Crafters are under question for now. I have some more items from them to try.
I also use Garmin Epic watch, CGM from time to time, daily weight with smart scales (I use 3, it's another drama), blood pressure daily. For blood testings I use Ulta Lab Tests and Marek Diagnostics.

Nexaph reliability?MOTS-C showing 97% purity on Jano and then 99% on Freedom?? Exactly same thing with Tesa too
You are right. The same batch, 97.6%-97.7% on Janoshik COA and 99.99% for Tesa on Freedom Diagnostics COA. What does it tell us?

Mass Spec question@mitchelldemeter OK, maybe you can answer me this LC-MS question. For example, during synthesis of EDR they messed up and made it in reverse: RDE. Will it be detected or we will think it's EDR because the mass is the same?
Or, in a longer peptide chain, if 2 amino acids are swapped because of operator error. Sometimes it is possible, as I understand. The total number of amino acids in the chain will be the same, just the order is different. Can it be detected?

CJC-1295 Without DAC + IPA 5mg + 10mgThese secretagogues are definitely not helping me to sleep better. CJC/Ipa before sleep was a week of a total mess. After I stopped it I had a sleep of the year as a compensation. Now I am trying Tesa, just 1mg and in the morning. It also pushes my HRV down but not as bad.
-
CJC-1295 Without DAC + IPA 5mg + 10mg@JtCjEfF the best thing that helps me with a good sleep is not eating much in the evening. Eat as small as possible, as early as possible. Second best thing is to make the room temperature as low as possible or/and not using a blanket.
-
CJC-1295 Without DAC + IPA 5mg + 10mgIt's taken before sleep in hopes to coincide with the large GH release that happens during the phase of deep sleep. It usually happens in the first 2-3 hours after you fall asleep. CJC and IPA half-lives are less than 1 hour, so you may arrange it yourself. These things don't make you sleepy or drowsy, by the way.
I personally tried using this combo before bed and it ruined my sleeps big time. It pushed my HRV rate to the floor so the sleep quality was terrible. -
MT1 dosing protocol ? Any concerning side effects? In the references it's said the lighter is your skin the more of it you need. And you will start noticing the effects in 3-4 weeks.
-
MT1 dosing protocol ? Any concerning side effects?I experienced nausea too and also a serious loss of appetite when I started it. I posted about it on this forum and a bunch of people started arguing that it was impossible. I used 0.25mg for a week daily, then 0.5mg for a week daily, then moved to 1mg until it's gone. Also I was going out to take a sunbath for 15-20 minutes. I am pale and don't get a tan, always just burn from a minimum sun exposure, but I never got burned with MT-1 and now I developed a good tan and can stay outside without a sunblock. 10mg total was enough.
