Review
I've been using Ion since March and place orders about twice a month. Whenever I have a question or run into an issue, their live chat support is always quick and helpful.
Recently, I was preparing to leave town and needed my shipment sooner than expected. I reached out just to check on shipping times, and to my surprise, they upgraded my order to next-day shipping at no extra cost. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall!
