Hoping to get assistant for my research subject. If I watch Josh’s video he’s leaving towards CJC for price and similar effect?

I know its not suggested, but I take CJC/IPA at night and Tesa/Ipa in the am. Both in a fasted state. The Tesa at night left me with several sleepless nights, and the warm rush from CJC is dreamy.

Hi guys. Any recommendations of vendors inside EU?

Theoretical Synergy- Can BPC-157 and TB-500 work even better if you supplement L-citrulline, L-arginine, and dietary nitrate sources like beetroot extract to boost Nitic Oxide (NO)?
These nutrients provide the raw building blocks your body uses to synthesize nitric oxide, supporting blood flow and circulation even at the capillaries level.

Looking to start a cycle of either Tesamorelin by itself or the Tesamorelin/ipamorelin 10/3mg blend. Is the blend that much more advantageous over tesamorelin alone? I was thinking of doing 1mg tesa and 300mcg ipamorelin Monday-Friday to start. I did read that ipamorelin makes more sense to do in the morning while tesa better at night so would it not really make sense to get the blend then?

    Thank you

Do any of the vendors sell HGH 191AA? I do not see it listed on any of the pricing indexes

Yes, https://peptide-works.com They sell vials and nasal spray form; I wouldn't get the nasal spray again cuz the mg amount isn't noted so I had to figure amt from iu/mg estimate and it looks like I would need 15 sprays for an effective dose.

Peptide quality involves more than simply confirming purity and molecular weight. A peptide’s amino-acid sequence, stereochemistry, chemical modifications, folding, and ability to adopt the proper three-dimensional conformation can all influence how effectively it binds to and activates its intended receptor. Problems such as D-amino-acid substitutions, sequence errors, oxidation, aggregation, or incorrect disulfide bonding may reduce biological activity.

Common testing such as HPLC and LC-MS is extremely valuable, but it has limitations. HPLC primarily measures purity, while LC-MS helps confirm molecular mass and identity. These tests do not directly demonstrate that the peptide binds its receptor or produces the expected biological response. A product could appear highly pure and have the expected mass yet still possess lower-than-expected potency. “Biological availability” is sometimes used to describe this issue, but “biological activity” or “potency” is more scientifically accurate.

I would love to see Peptide Critic conduct a blinded experiment using products purchased randomly from several vendors. Each sample could receive the usual HPLC and LC-MS testing, followed by an appropriate receptor-binding or cell-based functional assay. Testing the pharmaceutical reference standard alongside them would make the comparison especially meaningful.

This would help answer an important question: Do products that pass routine purity and identity testing consistently produce the expected biological response? Even a small pilot study could provide valuable real-world information and show whether additional functional testing should become part of independent peptide evaluation.

Charles River Laboratories. They specifically advertise cell-based functional testing for GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptor agonists, including measurements of potency and receptor selectivity—an especially good fit for retatrutide or tirzepatide.

Before any one ask, I am not affiliate lol If you go through my post history, It's obvious I'm a pretty big supporter of Nexaph / EZP and occasionally Crush. Though, I did make my first purchase with Puratek, which I will review soon.

I'm sure like others, I like finding a decent deal with resellers since I'm not 100% with going grey just yet.

Anyway, ZCLabs has decent deal with 20% off with the code ZCLabs20 & with the Code Stockup for a buy 3 and the 4th vial free. Also with every purchase you get 100mg GHK. My rat doesn't do well with GHK, so I was able to email the vendor and he let me choose any product that's the equivalent of the same price, which honestly threw me off guard with the great customer service. So I picked Selank since it's been one of my favorite researches at the moment.

The COA is provided by ILS - I was able to confirm on ILS, so it's legit. I know some people are hesitant about ILS but I am not, so I decided to move forward.

All in all, I'm receiving (4) 30MG Tirz and (1) Selank for $132 and some change. Are they grey prices? No, but it's certainly better priced than some vendors.

I usually get kits from Nexaph, but I always like finding new options for single vial resellers.

As proof to my purchase, I added a screenshot of my order.

I have had great success with Peptide Tech. I have only ordered their GLP5 or GLP 3 with Cagri. Works great. Quick shipping if ordered at the beginning of the week. Great prices.

Or am I missing something? Why do all BT labs COAs have such a thing?
  • T

I keep coming across pictures of what looks like elongated Pen style vials with two rubber stoppers in them. On one side of the vials appears to be Lyophilized Powder and then on the other side of the vial (separated by a rubber stopper) there appears to be a some sort of reconstituting solution.

Does anyone know how these are supposed to work ?

How are supposed to dispense these ?

What kind of pen would you use these with ?

I think Disguised Alpha is planning to sell GLPs in these use and throw pens. We are reaching mainstream pharma level delivery mechanisms while the testing is getting sh!ttier with the drama around new labs — so many vendors originally using Vanguard, Jano, or Freedom have jumped over to the new kids.

I had a sample from a recent batch of ERP Reta 20 tested at ILS labs. Everything went well with them (other than they lost my packing slip and I had to resend that and describe my vial label to them - next time TAKE PICTURES), BUT the COA shows the purity of the peptide at 100%. I really don't see how a pep tested out at 100% purity when it was it was shipped from China to a US warehouse, stored there for who know how long, then shipped to me and shipped to ILS, then took almost a month to get tested.

I really want to be able to use this stuff, but I need @randy or some of you others to chime in here and tell me my concern is invalid. Or tell me I need to have another sample tested somewhere else (almost not worth it, I may just trash if this is the case). See the COA here: https://portal.ils-lab.com/verify/LET6crvuoyj8PPfJ or Reta 20 E062926.pdf

I was looking at Selank from Mile High and same… 100% purity.

    🧪ILS Did It Again

Just when you thought the joke had run its course, ILS came back stronger.

    ILS Testing Facility

This time they apparently found 100% pure retatrutide, which is incredible news for chemistry because it means the rest of the scientific community can finally pack it in and go home.

No more pesky trace impurities. No more rounding. No more real-world analytical nuance. Just pure, flawless, mathematically perfect greatness.

In other words: ILS is still doing ILS things.

If you missed the follow-up, we covered it here:

    Read the ILS Follow-Up

🏖️ Rat Boy Summer Sale Is Still Live

While ILS is out there defeating chemistry itself, our peptide pen sale is still running.

Use code RATBOYSUMMER for 20% off the PeptideCritic store until 8/9/26.Sunday night.

All the pens. All the colors. All the little research accessories Randy insists are “absolutely critical infrastructure.”

If you’ve been putting off grabbing a pen, cartridges, or backup gear, this is the nudge.

Shop the Rat Boy Summer Sale

    That’s the Update

ILS found perfection, chemistry lost, the sales are still hot, and the site keeps growing.

Stock up while the deals are good and the numbers are still only mostly insane.

@OldGuy True! A vendor showing a new lab COA on every new batch seems to be a in a hurry to get the batch out somehow than ensuring QC. Now that customers want testing, just a COA for a COA, regardless of authenticity of testing. These vendors often have newer batches but at this point I've become skeptical about the freshness of vials vs quick COAs from questionable labs. Peptidology batches are sometimes older, but they have been consistently using Vanguard and full testing panel even when it was not in vogue. That invokes trust! Not advertising Peptidology, not an affiliate either, but just pointing out clear differences I noted between them and others.

I'm new to peptide research and I came across the dosing protocol posts and thought they were really good for researchers who didn't know where to start.

I think it would be a great idea to have those pinned and have other peptides created for the community to follow.

@judgetoo this is an excellent resource. Thank you so much!

Been kinda wanting to stack a few choice of these like Vilon, vesugen, Epitalon and Pinealon. I’d love if I could reliably mix them into one cartridge for daily shots.

Has anyone tried or seen these being mixed for injection? I’m not talking about mixing right prior to injections. I want to keep them for a week or two.

@ogsteve foundation first agree. I have the same issue with so much pinning. Anything for one less pin. Keep us posted on the journey.

IMG_3788.png 5 weeks ago i stared the glow stack. 7 days on no breaks. I am sure that i have had calcium
Deposits on my rotator cuff for years. I have been doing the same upper body/shoulder workout for the past 16 months. I could never progressively overload more weight beyond what I currently am doing so I would increase reps/volume. Well 4 days ago my shoulder started to really hurt and by Friday I needed to go to the hospital out of the shear pain I was in. NOTHING compares to this pain. I had 36 hours of backlabor with no drugs and this was worse! I got an xray that showed a large calcium buildup on my rotator cuff and they gave my a steroid shot and percocet. I asked AI if the glow stack had anything to do with this event and it’s said possibly. Anyone have anything like this? I thought it would have been prevented by faking glow but boy was I wrong!

@Randy I just used Google AI. I have an appointment on the 25th of this month to hopefully get both shoulders cleaned out. Barbotage procedure. For now I have stopped all peptides. Except Reta. I can’t really workout right now and I am not gaining my weight back! Oh and yeah, I am on the older side. 52. It’s a weird space to be in. I’m not old but not young and trying to accept the aging process and its effects. I was taking the glow stack to fix my left shoulder and ended up with shoulder pain on my right. I guess this is what I get.

ILS uploaded a bad COA last week and said that Tirzepitide was something completely different. Then an hour later corrected it and said it was 99.8% Tirz but then added a completely different photo than the one that was taken of the actual product. No apologies, no phone call to discuss, no refund for the 3 weeks of waiting and total lack of faith in the final COA for the test group. Nothing. They are a mess and in over their heads.

    Vendor name: Disguised alpha
Discussion type: Review, customer service and shipping
    Peptide names:

    • Reta
    • HCG
    • Semax
    • Selank
    • Provigorous

Over all vendor opinion: Great service and product selection. Prices are high-ish.

So far my ittle rat has used all of the things listed above. HCG did exactly what is expected, as did the reta. The provigorous has been a great pre-workout for him. The little rat muscles get crazy pump even when nutrition up to the workout hasn't been ideal.

Semax and Selank were the individual nasal kits. Selank worked well, the semax I wasn't super impressed with. But I hesitate to say if that was DA's fault or just the rat not being a responder. I will say the nasal sprayer wasn't ideal. Seems like the number of sprays vs expected sprays were a bit off. But it was my first time using one so maybe I goofed on the calculations.

Customer service has been top notch. I made one order while out of town and realized two things. First, I ordered the wrong item for one thing and that it would arrive before I got back into town (my rat has a hard time opening the door alone). I emailed them and within 45 minutes had a reply that they would delay shipping and swap out my wrong order (price for the item was the same). Everything arrived as expected and on time.

Also, on one of the first rounds of pre-order for ProVigorous they had an issue with damaged products being shipped to them. They notified me via email with a new expected shipping date. It was only a week out so no big deal to me. They delivered I think 1 or 2 days before the new later date and included an extra bottle of Provigorous to compensate for the delay.

Shipping speed is good. Orders have shown a tracking number the same day or next day depending on when I ordered (matched their description of shipping times). And the items arrive in 2-3 days, cold packaging and shipping insurance are optional.

Prices are on the higher side, but not crazy. Usually if you catch them running a sale or find a 20% off code from various influencers the prices for single vials get more reasonable. They are definitely within the range of reasonable expense for the customer service and wide selection of items in stock.

The payment options are nice as well, cc with no fee, apple pay, bitc for a discount etc.

    Over all I'd give them a 5/5.

@derekg1 ...at best a 3/5...for wasting my time. I loathe having to always sign up to view an inventory that doesn't come close to competing with my go to vendors. SLU-PP-332 products either no COA, or ILS which is worse. Vit B and some other products also claim testing without proof. Not a great product selection when many are untested. Had high hopes because their SLU-PP-332 capsules were more than 30% per mg cheaper than EZP. If they weren't deceitful by claiming tested products without proof, or at best, trying do business without having everything in order first; I might have given them a second look down the road. Sad that good business practices in the U.S. have become the exception rather than the norm.

Curious to hear other community members experiences in researching Semax - Selank - Pinealon. Have you found any of these to provide effective impacts in your research? Were they used individually or in a complimentary manner? Did the research expose any side effects? Experiences and insights are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Great poem

@randy Are you going to have the nasal sprayers back in the store anytime soon?

@Randy said: yeah. waiting on some bubble packing for them. Awesome. Sounds good. Ill wait. Thanks for getting back to me.
