I placed my order on April 29th and it arrived on May 5th.

I placed my order the same day they launched their new website. In hindsight, that was on me, since I probably should’ve waited a day or two for things to settle, but I still decided to go ahead and place the order. Because of that, there were some initial delays in processing and shipping, along with a few issues related to shipping addresses and order handling. However, everything was resolved within about 2–3 days. The owner was very responsive on Discord and stayed on top of everything, which I appreciated.

Payment was done via credit card, so that part was smooth and convenient.

As for the peptide quality, I can’t fully comment yet since I’m still finishing a previous batch from another vendor, so I probably won’t try this one for another month. That said, the 10 mg retatrutide batch I purchased was tested recently, and based on what I’ve seen in the Discord group and from others who’ve ordered, people seem to be having good experiences with no issues so far. This is also one of the few vendors that does endotoxin testing.

I ordered three 10mg vials of retatrutide. They arrived wrapped in bubble wrap inside a padded mailer. I’ve seen others mention receiving their orders in a box, but mine came in a standard padded envelope.

Overall, aside from the initial website launch issues, the experience was smooth and positive. If everything goes well once I reconstitute and use the product, I’d definitely order from this vendor again.

I have ordered from them before. I ordered Mots-C and it came very fast, just two days after I ordered it. When I received it, the batch number was different from their COA. I emailed the company and asked them for the COA from the batch I received. They promptly emailed the COA over. I was hoping to receive the latest batch with the Freedom COA with a date in February. Instead I received a batch with what would be the next batch number in line but that COA was from January and done by Jano. Unfortunately the one I received was the bare minimum and didn't have the endotoxin tests, like the Freedom COA. It just seemed weird that the one with the later number in line was completed a month beforehand (especially considering it went all the way to Jano). Maybe I'm reading too much into it? Well, I decided to still use it and the results I have been very happy with. Also, it now seems that they have switched to ILS Labs. It's closer to their home base and probably cheaper (at least that's what I've read). With the newest batch, it seems the purity is down and the result of the endotoxin test says reported. Mine came in a bubble envelope, not the fancy box!

I ordered Reta from them with some bac water as single vials I thought the prices were great. They shipped the next day and I received them 2 days later. I haven't tried the pep yet but will review it once I am done researching my current vial from a different supplier.

I purchased their recon solution, not the Hospira (this was before I knew how drastically different bac waters could be) - I'd be skeptical because they don't call it Hospira on their site and the label is just similar color.

Is it possible to add a filer for the vendors list? Like to list only the verified, batch numbers, affiliates, etc.

testing, what do they test so we can choose what's important to us.

Many people mistakenly believe that bacteriostatic water and sterile water are the same thing and that can cause dangerous results due to severe infection risk.

Sterile water is 100% distilled water while sterile saline water is distilled and includes 0.9% sodium chloride but neither has any preservatives so once opened, it is at high risk for bacterial/microbial contamination and only should only be used for immediate single use doses.

Bacteriostatic water is sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol added. It actively kills bacteria and can keep the peptide mixture stable for 14-28 days after opening.

Because bac water alone can cause mild stinging/irritation for nasal solutions, it is recommended to first reconstitute the peptide with bac water to prevent bacterial growth. Then combine that mixture with sterile 0.9% saline to dilute it and prevent irritation to the sinuses.

Edit - There are also other peptides that you shouldn't reconstitute with BAC water. These peptides require acetic acid water (because they have a net positive charge at neutral pH that causes them to aggregate rather than dissolve.

Some peptides that are better reconstituted with acetic acid water include:

    • GHK-Cu — the copper complex is poorly soluble in neutral water
    • AOD-9604 — often requires mild acid for complete dissolution
    • IGF-1 LR3 — acidic conditions prevent aggregation
    • GHRP-2 and GHRP-6
    • Melanotan 1 and Melanotan 2
    • NAD+ - dissolves in BAC water but benefits from acidic pH for improved stability and to prevent crystallization at higher concentrations

@brithus said: Sterile water is 100% distilled water No. Sterile water is deionized water that's autoclaved to remove endotoxins and micro filtered to remove other contaminants. There's also close control of pH and conductivity and close monitoring of endotoxin levels. Distilled water is meant only for external use like batteries or CPAP machines or drinking.

So I bought a single vial of adamax to try before I buy whole kits(have already been using Semax with good results)
When I went to fill it, I popped the top, sanitised, everything looked normal, but when I went to fill with BAC water it didn't draw the syringe down. There was absolutely zero vacuum in the bottle, I went ahead and popped a breather in just to see if it would mix, everything looked normal.

I am of course NOT going to be using this vial, and have already emailed the supplier.
But question: Has this happened to anyone else with a vial?? I've filled quite a few different vials and never ran across this before.

I had a similar question with some vials not having a vaccum. I asked the store and they replied To put your mind at ease: not all vials are vacuum-sealed. This varies by manufacturer and fill process. Some lyophilized products are backfilled with an inert gas rather than sealed under vacuum, so the absence of a vacuum is a normal characteristic of the fill method and is not an indicator of degradation or contamination. another store said That batch was Nitrogen sealed.

Is it necessary to get the Hospira BAC water? It is becoming harder to find as fewer vendors seem to have it and it costs quite a bit more. Or is it okay to get BAC water branded from whatever vendor you're buying from?

Also is it better to get the N-Acetyl Selank Amidate or can I get away with regular selank? Whats the difference? I plan on using it for nasal spray. Thanks in advance for the help!

Newbie question. If this has been asked already, please direct me to the proper posts.

I just purchased the pre-order of NXP-2P 30mg from Nexaph. Only 1 kit if that matters. What is everyone's thoughts on vendor sponsored testing vs the independent third party from places on Telegram like JLC Testing or Montana Peptide Private Testing?

This is my understanding. There are additional costs involved for the independent testing and they may test for more stuff like endotoxins, heavy metals, and such. The vendor sponsored is paid by Nexaph (correct me if I'm wrong) and essentially just validates the Nexaph provided COA. So do you think that the vendor sponsored testing is good enough or is it worth the investment to join in on one of the third party test groups?

@Randy I am about to buy some filters for the first time ever. Your filter videos are super helpful!

Has anyone purchased from this supplier and used their product? I purchased some Reta for my rat at a crazy low price, COAs posted from Kovera labs. Just skeptical if anyone can share their experiences. I would greatly appreciate it. I do know that they are affiliated with RetaOne Labs too.

@BeeKind 6+ Weeks using 1mg/week and it's honestly been great. Before this I was researching reta with a local vendor and it feels similar. Keep me posted if you find anything out as this is likely going to end up being one of my main vendors alongside Crush and MH if I can actually can get product from Crush

I want to give zero stars but the platform will not allow it, so one star will have to carry the weight of this experience.
I reached out to InstantPeptides about honoring a Father's Day discount and what I got back was nothing short of insulting. Instead of simply honoring the promotion like a legitimate business would, they accused me of nickle and diming them. Let that sink in. I asked about a discount they advertised, and they turned it around and made me the problem. The reality is that when a company refuses to honor its own promotions, they are the ones nickle and diming their customers — not the other way around.
It got worse from there. They cancelled my FedEx order while it was already en route. Not before it shipped. Not before it left their facility. While it was actively in transit and on its way to me. I had already paid. The order was moving. And they pulled it back without any meaningful explanation or warning.
When I tried to get answers through their chat, I was met with complete silence. No response. No acknowledgment. Nothing. For a company that markets itself on customer service and community trust, going dark on a paying customer who has a legitimate complaint is not just poor service — it is telling you exactly where you stand the moment things get inconvenient for them.
Save yourself the frustration. There are too many red flags here to ignore.

Is the AOD suppose to be cloudy? When reconstituted it was cloudy even after sitting for 15 min it remains cloudy. If this is t right I don’t want to expose my research rat Rita to it. Anyone have issues with it?

@afkar7 said: BTW, is anyone researching their AOD-9604 with a pen? Seems to be a little thicker and was wondering how well it works with the pens. Thanks I’ve been using it in a Gansulin pen with 31g needles. Never an issue. In fact I think it’s better in a pen vs a vial as you prevent air from getting into it which I believe AOD hates.

I bought a 10-pack of Tirzepatide 30mg from NextGen in mid February. The packaging is really slick and nice-looking, but a few days into the first vial of NextGen's T30 I began to feel like it wasn't working very well. I upped my dosage, in case it was a plateau or an underfill, but didn't see improvement. At the same time I was also experiencing skin pains, torso, leg and foot aches, tiredness, dizziness, and various other random and intermittent ailments. Some of these can be diabetes symptoms, which would also suggest the pep wasn't having its usual effects, but by the middle of the second vial, I was sufficiently concerned that I decided to discontinue, and find another supplier. Their batch documentation and coa transparency isn't the greatest, so I've been meaning to send a vial in to Finnrick just to see what they say (can't afford $200+ for solo, self-funded testing). There was a big stink in March about grey vendor GLP-2 that turned out not to be Tirz at all, as well as vials with really high endotoxin levels, so with all these resellers sourcing ingredients and finished product from just a handful of Chinese manufacturers, it's not inconceivable that I got a bad batch. When I finally did recon my one vial of NextGen reta, it was fine. Did anyone else experience poor performance, or unusually severe allodynia with NG's late-winter/early spring T30?

Renovita Research is a pretty small vendor; a husband and wife team in Missouri, who aren't on Peptide Critic's list, but I wanted to leave them a review, because they really seem to care about customer satisfaction, and their peptides work as they're supposed to. On my initial order, UPS messed up what should have been a two-day-delivery of GLP-2 and sent it on a week-long sightseeing tour of the US, Renovita not only stayed in constant contact by text and email, they sent me TWO free vials by overnight air, to keep me researching until the package arrived. They also included some promotional samples of other peptides I was interested in, and packed everything really nicely and securely. Their prices are decent (better on kits and during promotions) and their after-sale-service is top tier!

My latest order which had KPV, Tirz and two vials of L-Carnitine and LIPO-C was delivered today. This is my fourth time ordering from Penguin and won't be the last. They have great promotions, too which I love getting my little freebie if buying more than $150. I always get a 5mg vial of Reta. Why not.. Great company and great products.

I recently ordered from penguin too and was very pleased with what I received. I only ordered from them because they are one of the few vendors that carries HGH, and I wanted to try it. It was good quality and Janoshik had current test on the batch I bought from. They sent a peptide vial holder cooler thing and a bunch of swag. If I decide to try HGH again will definitely order from them.

This is a review for IDUN, who recently had a BOGO deal. I picked up six 30mg GLP-2 vials at a pretty good price, just enough to tide me over while I prepared to place a larger internationally-sourced order. My shipment came quickly by 2-day air, the contents were packaged securely, and had clear labeling showing all the pertinent product details and batch info. They also enclosed a printout sheet, from Freedom Diagnostics, with the coa and testing report for that batch. I got email updates about order status, shipping status, delivery status, etc. and the vials went out lightening-fast, even though I ordered during a holiday weekend. I'm two vials in, and my research results suggest that the product is exactly as advertised, so if you are leery about ordering Grey and looking for someone quick, domestic and trustworthy, with good sale pricing, IDUN definitely delivers!

Recently I found that Peptidology has introduced a 14-way testing that included TFA and Sterility. Since TFA remnants is a big problem that is for the most part ignored, I got impressed, and made a couple purchases from them.

The COAs they provide are per batch and made by Eagle Analytical Services (Sterility) and Vanguard Laboratory (the rest).

I decided to see if COA (for KLOW blend) from Vanguard can be verified on their website. They have a search, https://verifiedbyvanguard.com/search but the COA I was looking for

    Issued for: Peptidology
    Laboratory ID: V260427-22 005
    Date Reported: 5/11/2026
    Lot Number: 1674

did not come up. Moreover, Peptidology was not listed among the vendors there at all.

I tried to email them by the email they provide there for the requests. I got

    Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected]
because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

It didn't look good. I found another email
[email protected], resent it there - got no response, and a few days have passed.

I tried to ask at Peptidology chat, they answered

You can verify the COAs directly with Vanguard
Laboratory by contacting them via email.

I sent Peptidology an email explaining that I couldn't contact Vanguard. They did not respond either for a few days.
I asked Peptidology again about how I could verify, they answered

    Please call Vanguard: https://vanguardlaboratory.com/contact/

I filled out that Vanguard contact form - no response.

I sent another email to peptidology, asking if they could facilitate it somehow, they answered

The COAs we provide are supplied by the testing
laboratory; however, if you would like independent
verification of a specific report, you would need to
contact Vanguard Laboratory directly. We do not typically
receive requests of this nature, as most customers
conduct their own research and due diligence regarding
    laboratory reports.
Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate or manage
communications between customers and the laboratory.
Any verification of a report's authenticity would need to
    come directly from Vanguard Laboratory.

I sent yet another letter to Vanguard and they finally responded:

This matches a COA we have on file for Peptidology issued for lab ID #: V260427-22 005.

I am glad that I finally know that at least the report is legit. I think however that I've made too much efforts to find out something that was supposed to be an easy check. It took me 4 days to check it.

Also, I don't understand, why the labs can't just digitally sign they COA PDFs with a private key so the file would be verifiable? Aren't we living in 21st century?

@vpeptides Yeah he's one of the best in this space. Once my order had some slight problem, nothing major. Their standard customer care replied in a kind of dismissive manner and I didn't push either. But I think Josh closely monitors customer support messages. He read the exchange and proactively took care of it. I would definitely pay more for that kind of service and integrity.

Hello everyone! I'm new to the group and have been learning a ton from reading through the posts here.

I've been researching with peptides from Chameleon Peptides, Verified Peptides, and another company out in California that a friend recommended when I first started using peptides earlier this year (which I was probably way overpaying for).

As I've continued learning, I've been paying more attention to things like COAs, testing, sourcing, and the differences between vendors. I'm curious how everyone feels about the sites I currently order from.

I keep hearing a lot about the grey market, but I'm not sure I'm ready to go that route yet. Having some level of confidence in testing and quality control is important to me.

I've also been reading quite a bit about Nexaph, but I'm not sure I'm ready to buy in bulk (10-packs) since I'm still figuring out the best long-term storage practices. One thing I like about my current setup is being able to order a single vial at a time. A 20mg vial of Reta can easily last me 2–3 months, so buying large quantities doesn't seem necessary for me right now. I also came across a website Peptaura which seems to have pretty decent prices as well.

I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences or any other recommendations, thanks!

@alohayall I go to mile high. Crush has it when they are not sold out

Hello everyone, new to the forum, I need some help or suggestions for traveling overseas for about 30 days in total. Any recommendations for a good cooling solution or strategy to pack on carry-on pens and 3ml cartridges, I have 7 pens and I'll need about 12 3ml cartridges in total for the trip, aside from pen needles and swabs. Your suggestions are appreciated as is the first time I have to figure out how to properly pack all my research supplies. Thank you

I ordered these 3 peptides, received confirmation the same day and they shipped the next day, free 2 day shipping because I met the purchase threshold however ordering on a Thursday shipping on a Friday the tracking changed from Saturday to Monday but that's not Southern Amino's fault.

This was my first time researching these 3 peptides so I have no base for comparison.

Oxytocin - I mixed into a nasal spray, this just runs out as soon as it's sprayed so I'm not sure I'm getting any effects from this, I may need to try a different method.

PT-141 - I tried once, I felt very nausaus for a few hours and didn't feel anything until the next morning when I woke up and had a lingering tingle.

GLOW - I've been taking this for 2 weeks so far, nothing to really report. It's a beautiful blue color when reconstituted, and it reconstituted well. Only purchased this to try it and see how my body reacts prior to ordering each pep in the mix separately.

Ordering and Shipping were great, may have to give the peps a little more time before really deciding if this supplier is worth it.
