Doesn’t an EpiPen require a prescription?
Yes, but Dr's will hand them out like candy. "I want one for my first aid bag".
GLP titration should go slow so you don't have aggressive side effects. It's also not great at targeting just visceral fat, moreso putting you in a caloric deficit. Visceral fat loss on it comes mostly from Glucose/Insulin control.
GH will mess with your blood sugar, especially if you were diabetic the risk is higher. Since your goal is visceral fat, taking the path to getting on GH safely the soonest will meet your goal, and for that it's getting stable on the GLP then adding GH. You should buy some Dexcom stelos and track your 4 week GLP, then your GH additions. Even at some Reta and just Tesa/Ipa I found a bowl of granola would spike me to 150 and make me take a nap. I had to get the Reta up to 4mg and really watch my sugars/carbs to run lots of GH.
Think of it as your safety net.
