They are great with their customer support and very high traction. So you don't get something dumped in a 3PL garage 6 months back. Usually batches are very fresh. I feel they can improve site and COA display management. But they have prompt online chat which probably makes up for the COA disorganization. lol

This company is awful and I would never recommend them to anyone. See my review and story on vendor directory page. Epithalon vials (3 total) all cloudy instantly when correctly mixed with BAC from Hospira.
