HGH doesnt give me any of those.

Yeah, I got the sore joints, especially in my hands, bad. It made me think the KLOW wasn’t working any more. 2mg x 60 days and i stopped and went back to CJC/Ipa. I might try tesa/ipa in the future, but at a lower dose.

I think that for me, it takes a solid 2 months to see the changes in my core wrt getting much more defined. But even gaining 5 lbs pretty much covers it up, and you gotta be working out and minding your diet to really reap the gains.

@ResearchCat I research Tesa, 4 weeks at only 1 mg. I feel my knees, wrists, fingers ache when I apply force, also water retention is real. I still try to wait it out, hopefully it goes away at some point.

How do you know it is the Tesa? Am I the only one who injected my girlfriend's big brown beaver with 9 different biological oozes today? How does anyone do controlled experiments when they just want the benefits, not the recognition for being an amateur scientist?

I, unusually, got bloated and stiff today after eating a cup of seed oil laden snacks. Bet it was not the peptides that I injected into that beaver.

      Hats off to researchers.

@kenhnsy you have a point. However, as possible, I try to make it cleaner, changing one thing at a time, not modifying things too often to be able to see an effect of one change, reversing the last change if a side effect is noticed until it is gone, and retrying it again to see if it's repeatable.

@Randy I keep trying to talk myself out of HGH… but everything i read is that there is NO comparison between it and a secretagogue like Tesa/CJC.

@JtCjEfF its like going to a restaurant and asking for a diet coke and they say "we have pepsi is that ok". Yeah its ok but its not great. Secretagogue's are diet pepsi.

@jimmygunns kits or single bottles? This is a situation where goin grey, buying 8 kits and getting it tested is the way.

                @JtCjEfF

In retrospect, I am not sure that the Ipa's and Tesa's and CJ's etc. really did much of anything for me. The first time I did HGH I remember thinking "OH, That's what that other stuff was supposed to do" Seems a lot cleaner, and I haven't seen any side effects.

@kenhnsy This is why I lots of people will advise you to start new peptides one at a time. The reason i know it is the tesa is that the tesa was the only thing that was new or different. If I am researching Semax, Dihexa, MOTS-C, KLOW, and Tirz and I add Tesa, I can be reasonably confident that any new side effects are either due to the Tesa or an interaction. This is especially true if I have already researched CJC/Ipa and sermorelin and not had similar side effects.

I am not a veteran grandmaster in this space, but I urge people to take a conservative approach when initiating new protocols and titrating doses. You can always add more once tolerance has been established.

I am not judging (honest!), but hopefully you went from 1 to 9 over time and didn’t just start jabbing your research subject with 9 things. Even with KLOW, I started with wolverine, found out how spectacular it was, talked to people and read about Glow, joined this forum and saw people talking about KLOW, and grudgingly came around. Now I make my own KLOW+ blends. But that was a year long evolution.

Yeah, well, I’m just here for the research, man. - The Dude

If I haven’t liked your post, no offense. I have exceeded my daily allowance.

@Randy sigh…. I guess thats next on my list to start learning about. I have had some success with the CJC/Ipa for accelerated recomp, but it’s wrecking my sleep. Thanks for the info, seems everyone has the same answer.

Just got my IGF-1 result from Quest after 1 mg Tesamorelin for 3 weeks. 200 ng/mL. My base is 121 ng/mL. I added 200 mcg Ipamorelin since then planning to retest in a few weeks. Quest takes about a week to publish the result.

@vpeptides wow read all the comments especially @randy

Ive been on 2iu of GH for 6months, my baseline IGF was 212 then with the GH ive been upper range 355.

                              I have 2 options….

Drop to 1.5iu and get a little lower.

Or drop GH for 2months and use Tesa/IPA, im not looking for optimal ranges but more to jump start my system while i finish my cut end of Nov.

Then in Dec go back to GH 1.5iu and in Jan start FLGR

Lets see what @randy says 🤷🏼‍♂️

180 - 220 is the sweet spot for long term health and anti-aging. The overall relative risk for all cause mortality starts to increase at 160. I push this a little higher because I find the benefits worth the risk, and given everything else positive I am doing health wise going into the 200 range is fine for me. Personally though would not be comfortable pushing my IGF-1 at 355 long term into older age and beyond, the benefits/risk-reward IMO isn't worth it. 200 is a strong signal and you're getting all the benefits that IGF-1 provides (tissue repair, recovery, lypolisis) while mitigating overall risks.

                                    00d97d8c-1b3f-44d4-bb67-db24aa6144d1-image.jpeg

Going from 121 to 200 on 1mg of Tesa is a solid response. I would add Ipamorelin, if its compounded at 10/3 a 300mcg dose of Ipamorelin is fine, a little on the higher end but should suffice. Retest after awhile and adjust from there.

You might end up only needed 500 -750mcg of Tesa when you combine with Ipa. That would still leave you using 150 - 225 of Ipa which is plenty.

I agree and i can find reports for everything we eat and drink thats says it has a higher risk of mortality.

                                      In my opinion.

Some markers i will take to the upper limits of the reference range for a short period of time.

If you can see by my thread Im saying Im going to take a break and then re start at a lower dose, then I will give my body a chance to produce IGF.

Then i will do Blood work… Everything i do is based off BW.

If you see all my post, I plan all my protocols 1 year in advance.

I have 2027 Bio regulators and Peptides all planned out.

I even have how I will train, what muscles will I train more and others just maintain.

Then when i get to were i want to be I will review all my BW and protocols and go into a maintenance phaae of my life.

By being higher on the reference range for some periods in time, i feel its within my risk profile.

Ok I might not live to 120 but if I live to a good age, looking good and feeling good, thats good for me.

I respect if you are good with 200 igf,

@diegoc 200 is not very high, especially looking at your 355. The side-effects seems like settling down.

@Neil-McCauley also my plan is to rotate after i see what sides if any from Tesa and Ipa

I think my IGF would be good with just 1iu of GH which i have 0 side effects on 2, so it would save me money in the long run

@Neil-McCauley Thank you! I use Tesa and Ipa each from separate vials for the research until I figure out the proper ratio.
