Still going good! Still on the second-to-lowest dose of Tirzepatide 4.25mg with a low dose of Survodutide midweek. This past month I was averaging not quite 1 lb a week which is really good. I will be removing the Survo and adding in Reta instead. Still having body dysmorphia and body imposter syndrome issues but my brain is slowly catching up with things, so that's getting better. Thanks for all the support and going through this with me! LFG!!!

P.S. Just a quick shoutout to Jeff and @randy for this platform and for bringing awareness and safety to the community. I've learned so much not only from Jeff and Randy since I found this community but from everyone else here that contributes and shares their experiences.

      Great job! Keep it up!

The body dysmorphia is going to be so hard for me personally. I spent my entire adult life beyond morbidly obese and in my mind I never thought I was as big as I was until I saw full body pictures of myself. Now I can see in the mirror the difference since starting my weight loss journey but I have the reverse dysmorphia now. It's hard for me to believe I am getting smaller, I just bought bras a month ago because I was too small for what I owned and they fit me for a week and now I need to buy new bras again because they are too big. I'm still learning how to not cook for an entire army too. My husband used to be our human garbage disposal but now leftovers end up in the trash because we are both taking Reta, now I just have to stay motivated to cook in general.

Just someone with a fridge full of research and a browser history that would concern my doctor.
