Thanks for the feedback. I reconstitute with 3ml of bac for those smaller doses. I didn't have empty larger vials to transfer into and add additional bac so the smaller doses are what I'm stuck at. I prefer 10-20 units for my ideal volume when I can.

@Nuncles in my testing I agree that a faster, harder push gave better result but out of 4 tests for each pen I think 1 pen landed dead on. 1 out of 8 tests being dead on was disappointing so I guess I'll just up the units to compensate

I wouldn't sweat it. Human error probably provides more inaccuracy in the dosing than the pens. Meaning, we never really know the EXACT amount of product in a particular vial. Look at COA's. Multiple tested vials often contain different amounts from the same testing lab, not to mention different amounts from 1 lab to the other. In the big scheme of things, it shouldn't be a big deal. If your research subject is that sensitive to that small amount of difference, then perhaps it's not the right peptide for your subject. And in my testing, the accuracy issues have been essentially the same for most pens, not just the V4. It's an inexpensive mechanical mass produced device. They won't all be perfect. My 2 cents.

BTW, I've always accounted for the needle quantity and primed my syringe before testing.

I was running into the same issue until I just went ahead and ordered a 25 pack of 10ml vials. Check out farris labs, medlab supply, or peptide test for those, or other size vials.

What were you reconning that you added 3ml bac water and were only hitting 6-13 units? If I am going to end up with a figure like that I split into 2 3ml carts and add more bac.

@Nuncles i go the cheap way, it's a little more hassle but using 5ml, or 10ml syringes and leaving the extra bac in the syringe, then draw it back in to mix. I'd go the vial route but I'm a cheap skate and $50 is peptide money

@ManicXmedic Never thought of that. Smart. Thanks for the tip.

Would it actually mix correctly/enough tho doing it that way?

Yes, you can draw some air in the syringe and turn it over a few times allowing the bubble to mix the peptide/bac. Also when drawing the pep in the vial in you can push it back in again to draw it out again if you want. Of course this still gets filtered into pen carts afterwards
