Stack Reta Improved Fitness
-
I’ve had really good experience with Reta over the past 6 months. Only side effect based on recent bloodwork is low folate requiring supplement from doctor and slightly elevated lipoprotein.
One of my goals is to not just lean out(I’m there now) but to put back more strength and endurance.
The only other peptide I tried was Mots-C but didn’t enjoy the welts.
Could someone recommend a stack to look into that might help me with building muscle and overall health/longevity? Peptides with improved cognition as a benefit are also of interest to me.

Peptide wise...HGH or GH secretagogues like Tesamorelin, CJC/Ipa. If you're not already looking at it...The "Holy Trinity" is Testosterone, GH, and Reta, just something to consider. I also use DSIP to help with better sleep.
@HockeyRat Thanks, will research the holy trinity

@HockeyRat would I need to order bloodwork to confirm I have low T and then get a prescription for t?

Yes, bloodwork will be required by a doctor or TRT clinic and to be honest you might as well prepare yourself to spend a decent amount of money on recurring bloodwork just so you can keep an eye on different blood markers.
Now, if you don't need Testosterone, don't start it just because....If you're in your 30's or 40's and starting to develop low T symptoms then its something to look into. Im 46, and just started Test this year (wishing I had started 10 years ago but thats just me). My T level was in the 400's which isn't clinically considered low but I had a lot of the symptoms so I went through an online clinic to get mine. Sometimes you need to treat the symptoms not just the numbers. Theres a good Testosterone specific thread in the forum here, just search for it if you want to read through some of the comments. -
