    @quicksilver80 said in fng intro.:

    @WisGal64 thanks! I shut off predictive text and it stopped doing it. thank god. only been doing that past few days. very strange.

    I do not like that feature, I've sent out some real weird text messages to friends without checking what I voiced or typed lol

    @WisGal64 used to be common on apple products you'd write "fuck" and it would autocorrect "duck". i will admit that was always funny to me. "you gotta be ducking kidding me dude". XD

      Welcome! This is a great group of folks and I have learned a lot from them.

      Regarding bowel movements, you could check the amount of fiber you are taking. Also, regardless of how many times per day, they can’t be too dry or hard. The consistency needs to be more of what ever you are used to. Because if not, then you can get hemroids. Yeah, TMI? Any how, I force feed myself enough protein. And drink Chia seeds daily. Kept in water over night of course. Cause that’s dangerous too if not done correctly.

        @Juan-Doe no worries. knowing too much is half the reason our tests dont end in a hospital. my best finds are lentils, carb smart tortillas by mission, and a cocktail of prune juice/white grape juice/and a knob of butter in the microwave till warm. tastes unpleasantish but will save your life. one that i would never try again was adding psylium husk into oatmeal. i could have sold that as a breast implant alternative! havent tried chia seeds but those mission tortillas are 100 percent of your normal fiber intake per tortilla. 20g of fiber per? yeah have a 3 tacos and youll see chewing gum you ate in kindergarten while speaking to your ancestors in a delusional fugue state. be careful out there! xD

              LOL When you eat mainly beef, eggs and a little bit of chicken for a side, your body uses everything you eat for nourishment. Seriously, do you know the nutrients in a ribeye?! Very little waste created in the body. I went carnivore a few years post cancer treatments, because it is the most anti-inflammatory diet you can eat. My oncologist actually recommended that I check it out.

                  @jackie hay man, all the power to you. if it works it works. im not exactly proud of the diet ive been working with. but almost 30 pounds in 7 weeks without living in a gym or starving the poor test subject. just 3 miles a day. eating around 2k calories. the only downside is the gi stuff. and that seems to be clearing up or atleast lessening.

                    Good! Everyone has to find what works for them. I didn't do it for weight loss, although it is great for that, too. I feel great on it and I love steak, so win win!
