And I said in another post having to do with this company… When Chimera was saying it was just one guy that had a problem and he was just out to get them. My words “Only time will tell” Anyone who orders after reading that post only deserves what they get. And I don’t mean you michaelqualls, it sounds like you order before that. Immediately received an email confirmation and waited for my order. Kinda slipped my mind, and then, this Sunday, check my emails and realized I did not receive this order. Emailed support with a less-than-friendly inquiry. Support responded that day, refunded my order (except shipping), and I received it today, less than 48 hours after my inquiry. Their packaging is Gold Standard as far as I'm concerned, and I don't know why, but I love it when suppliers give me stickers. They also gave me discount codes, and Orbitrex sent me 4 cool stickers for my research fridge door. I will be shopping with them again. So, glitches/mistakes happen. A lot of products are available as single vial, trio of vials, half kit (5), or full kit (10) which not only saves money, but allows you to buy the correct amount of vials for your research cycle. Shipping was fast, but I would prefer better protection of vials. Contrary to the vendor information on peptidecritic, they do have batch numbers.
