New researcher here. Recently reconstituted 3 vials of NAD+ 500mg from NEXAPH. 2 vials had vacuum and drew the BAC into the vial. The third vial had no vacuum and had to squeeze in the BAC. The appearance of reconstitution was slightly different as well as the first two seem to absorb the BAC like a salt would water. The third the powder expanded to look like little cotton balls. After 20 minutes all vials were clear. Questions:
How often do you come across vials with no vacuum?
Is it still safe to use?

its rare but it does happen. the bigger question is if you apply positive pressure does it it seep out? I have had a bad vial from nexaph where the seal was messed up. they gave me a credit for it.
