    Let me be fair and straight forward. I was looking for a semax-selank blend and had heard so many wonderful reviews about this company so I thought I would give them a try. I found the blend I wanted on their website along with a disclaimer that read:

    Batch Notice: This batch of N-Acetyl Selank/Semax Amidate Blend (10mg/10mg) has visibly shrunken lyophilized pucks. This is a cosmetic issue only, and Janoshik testing has confirmed the batch meets all purity and content specifications. Due to the appearance, this batch is being offered at 20% off the original price.

    I thought: no problem I can deal with 10 vials that have "visibly shrunken lyophilized pucks" - big deal. What I was not ready for was the complete inconsistency of the material fill that I was about to receive (a crucial fact withheld).

    picture 2 nexaph blend too low.jpeg

    I don't know about you but I was not at all happy with how inconsistent the product inside the vials presented itself so I contacted them to exchange the same product for a box that was consistent throughout - fair enough I thought. They explained blah blah blah... Any time you have to start explaining yourself you know their's a problem.

    Consistency is critical to instill confidence. These vials obviously are not at all consistent which means there was a BIG manufacturing problem with this batch and they chose to dump it on the public. I have no trust that the contents are the same vial to vial which makes testing pointless. Brings into question their manufacturing practices and QC for anything they produce especially if they so easily brush aside my concerns.

    They didn't choose to understand me the first time I voiced my concern so I emailed 2 more times and a couple days later they got back to me stating every thing was good with the batch because 3 vials have been tested and we fully disclosed everything on the listing which clearly they did not. They omitted the fact that the vials would be completely inconsistent in their contents. That is a extremely important detail to omit for us researchers.

    Needless to say at this point, I want a refund for what I perceive is a defective product because of obvious inconsistencies and I let them know. Well, you know where this is going... they accepted no wrong doing and blame me for purchasing the product in the first place because they were completely transparent - no refund. Frankly, they should have disposed of the product rather than selling it the public - what other corners are they cutting?

    About sums it up. I let them know that their advertisement on their website was knowingly deceptive leaving out the importance of no consistency and that a partial truth is still a lie. Or they could have posted a picture just like I did but oooops they would have sold exactly 0 had they done that.

    For those of you that have had a great experience with them good for you - I did not and am completely dissatisfied feeling like I got taken - which I did. I'll stick with primarily buying from FLAWLESS COMPOUNDS which has been amazing for me. And no I don't work there or know anyone there but I love when a company has integrity and awesome at what they do even if I pay alittle more.

    Sorry to burst anyone's bubble when it comes to Nexaph but I wish I would have known this before I ever thought about ordering from them.

      I totally understand where you're coming from. I have the same batch. They did tell us. Realistically, the size of the puck has nothing to do with the contents.

        @Randy Yes, they have consistently defended their position (what else can they do?) but I have to say it doesn't instill confidence when the material is so different from vial to vial - anyone can see that. A visual inspection is the first step in any QC process which this does not pass. And unless every vial were to be tested - it can't be trusted - at least not by me.

        Something happened in the manufacturing process that caused this inconsistency and I'm suppose to inject my beloved rat with this - can't bring myself to do it - so $200 in the garbage. As a first and only time fool of theirs - I expected much better. To say they mentioned a "cosmetic issue" with the batch doesn't cover the inconsistency - I was expecting 10 vials with a small puck - that is what was advertised and that is not what was received.

        Of course, you have a much much longer track record and experience with this company and I don't. But I'm just relating my experience and I appreciate you allowing us to do so.

                @Randy

                I have that same batch. Not as bad, but almost as bad as @matthewwalsh .

                I'm a member of a great Private Testing group over at Telegram. The testing group does very thorough testing on batches of interest. Much more than Mass/Purity. We always do Sterility, Endo. And most times, unless there are too few of us and the cost per person gets too high, we do the whole 9 yards (Heavy metals, etc.), and more, depending on how many participants and the total cost.

                A few of us have set up a testing sub-topic for this batch. It's still in the recruiting stage. There are 5 of us so far.

                I've christened this "The Ugly Duckling" batch, and it's been refined to "The Ugly Puckling" batch by the leader.

                I promise you'll love the group leader and the mods.

                Maybe we could get you to join us over there for a group test? And we can test the batch 9 ways to Sunday.

                If you're interested, reach out to me, I'll give you my Telegram username, and I'll send you an invite to the group.

                    @striving4awesome That sounds like an awesome group. Unless they have no issue with me blasting the results to the world (they usually dont) its probably not a fit. Ill have afi do mass/purity on the worst looking ones plus endo/sterility.

                      @Randy

                      You know what, you're right; they usually aren't published.

                      But I have it pretty good with the group.

                      And.... This is a special situation.

                      I think they may be open to it here.

                      Want me to ask? I think I can get a yes for you.

                      I'd personally be thrilled to have you join us over there.

                        @striving4awesome So what I'm hearing is that your pucks & Jeff's are bigger than mine - so apparently size matters... 😉
