Buffered NAD+ is what you want. Learning experience. My female rat doesn't really have any issues with the unbuffered NAD+, but my main rat tried once and never again. Enter the buffered NAD+ and that minimizes the burning it A LOT.

@brandenscheidecker flawless compounds, glow aminos and skye peptides are who I have purchased from. Both flawless and glow bumped up testing this week to include sterility and endo.

@WisGal64 That’s awesome! I’ve been eyeing cartalax from 2 falls in 2 years on my shoulder. 1 on an icy driveway and another off a 3’ countertop. I direct inject into my shoulder with bpc 3 times a week while still doing GLOW blend and KPV at times.

@gym.rat Interesting… I never felt anything from 50mg injections of my NAD+. Maybe I need to try “buffered”

After reading all this, I ordered some cartalax from JadeNexus (bogo sale). Will add this to see if it helps. I've been running Klow (30 units) for about 6 weeks, and while it has helped, I still have a lot of pain in the places where I've had surgery. Had my right knee replaced last year and still dealing with issues there. Trying to put off having my left one done because that was the most excruciating pain I've had. Hopefully cartalax with tirz will help. Just saw a youtube video from Dr. Brad that a recent study shows glp1 might actually rebuild cartilage. Fingers crossed.

Lab Rat #1 - Has had 2 shoulder surgeries for torn rotator cuff, Arthritis had settled in the joint.
Couldn't raise hands above head, without extreme pain or lift anything, mobility hindered making him unable to perform daily tasks in his profession and at home.
Prior to starting peptide research, In January, tried sterioid injections to calm inflammation. Slight relief, wore off after 2 weeks. Then a shot of Durolane in shoulder joint,
provided some relief for approximately 3 weeks. Was popping Advil like it was candy. Headed for full shoulder replacement.

            February, research began:

            RS continued daily D3 5000iu

Week 1: Injection rotating between bicep and area around shoulder (1 hour before bed)
            BPC157 and TB500 - .5mg each Mon - Fri Sat sun off

            Week 2:
            Continued BPC157 and TB500 .5mg each Mon - Fri
            Added Cartlax - 1mg daily

No side effects, titrated up to 2mg Cartalax

            Week 3:
            BPC157 .5mg, TB500 .5mg - Mon - Fri
            Cartalax 2mg daily

            Week 3:
            BPC157 .5mg, TB500 .5mg - Mon - Fri
            Cartalax 2mg daily

            Week 4:
            BPC157 .5mg, TB500 .5mg - Mon - Fri
            Cartalax 2mg daily

Stopped for a week to assess: benefits observed, had some pain relief, able to lift shoulders above head.

            Repeated full cycle:
            Weeks 1-4: Cartalax 2mg daily, .5mg BPC, .5mg TB500

More improvement: pain subsided, shoulder mobility almost normal.

Now on into week 2 of 3rd cycle, going really well. To the point, researcher is building cabinets, able to hold and use saws for long periods of time, he's building cabinets.
Honestly, this is a big deal. He went from not able to hold a coffee pot, lift arms above head etc to the above mentioned. Feeling normal again

No side effects to speak of throughout all cycles.

            Lab Rat #2: Knee OA/RA

            Re-evaluated supplement stack before starting.

Continuing: NR, NAC, Glutathione, D3/K2, Astaxanthin Days 1- 7.
            Weeks 8 re-add CoQ10 w/PQQ

Research cycle week 1: Evening injection, started Sunday, Apr 26th
            .5mg TB500, .25mg BPC157, 1mg Cartalax
Note: lab rat was leary of BPC 157 due to prior trial in January had some strange things happen with eyes and discontinued. Decided to try again due to at the time was also going through a very tired period in life. So starting very low. So far going good with the BPC no weird eye vessels showing

Day 4, knee joints felt very heavy and stiffer than normal, and a bit of fatigue observed, this is expected from the literature I've read.
Since it upregulates Collagen II the possibility is there, and given RS's history, assuming most likely.

This morning, knees don't feel quite as heavy or stiff, let's see what the day brings. Stay tuned....

Edit: forgot to add that Lab Rat #2 also includes GHK/KPV in late afternoons 2mg and it's weekly Reta 1mg

@WisGal64 was Cartalax given in the arm/shoulder also? Or was it given separate in the belly? I’m having the same issue and about to start the same protocol.

@pm24 Targeted the area of the shoulder and bicep

@WisGal64 I'm going to piggy back off your lead. Just bought some Cartalax, but also some BPC / KPV capsules to try. I'm sure my gut could use some repair after all the crap I've thrown at it over the years.

@WisGal64 My research subject had similar shoulder pains, could barely lift over head. They just finished an 8 wk cycle of klow. They state it hasn't felt this good in forever & can sleep easier w/out pain. Exciting news! Keep us updated.
