And were back up. The weight swings from morning to night are insane. 2 scales to confirm. 5 to 6 pounds from morning and night. Usually i had about a 2 to 4 pound swing. Only thing ive changed is daily weightlifting. And possibly more beef in my diet.

@quicksilver80 Do you take creatine supplements? That can cause water retention and such weight swings.

"Yes, the concept of your body going into "fat preservation mode"—often referred to as metabolic adaptation or adaptive thermogenesis—is a real evolutionary response to starvation. When severely underfed, your body slows down its daily energy expenditure and becomes highly efficient at holding onto its emergency fat reserves. The Science of Metabolic AdaptationWhen you drastically reduce your caloric intake, your body initiates a series of survival mechanisms:Metabolic Slowdown: To conserve energy, your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) drops. Your body burns fewer calories doing the same daily tasks it used to.Hormonal Shifts: Levels of leptin (the satiety hormone) plummet, while ghrelin (the hunger hormone) spikes. This intense hunger forces you to seek out food.Muscle Breakdown: While fat is fiercely protected as a vital, long-term energy store, your body will readily break down lean muscle tissue to supply essential glucose needs.Fat Resistance: Studies—such as those on intermittent fasting conducted by the University of Sydney—show that certain fat deposits, particularly visceral "belly fat," actively adapt to fasting periods by resisting the release of fatty acids. They do this to ensure they can rebuild stores as quickly as possible once food is reintroduced"
I believe I stalled due to my calorie deficit.

add MOTSC, 5 Amino 1mq w AOD or even better than AOD, Slu-pp-332. You want to obliterate fat? add Cardarine. For dosages do your homework and tritate low until you find the sweetspot. If you cant do bloodwork, just be patient.

@martinmarin when googling cardarine it looks about as sketchy with sides as dnp in Googles eyes. Would probably mess with it if i knew i wouldn't end up in the hospital since reta already has heart sides.

@quicksilver80 I used cardarine a few time and great at small dosages. Not to sit around on for sure. Reta? Reta is amazing. If you stopped at the heart rate with a ridiculous dosages no wonder. You need to dial reta right. Find the sweet spot everyone is talking about. You need to titrate up starting at 5.mg. most sweet spots are at 1mg. Mine is at 2mg two month in now. Hungry enough and fill up quick. Enough to get your proteins and micro nutrients to prevent muscle loss. Compulsive munching gone. All while burning fat 24/7. The fat loss is just one of what it really does. Fatty liver gone, kidneys, insulin sensitivity.... Sign me up!

@quicksilver80 Bro 8mg is alot. Dialed it down to 4mg the most and you will still get the same results. Add MOTS, 5amino 1mq and Slu-pp-332 or AOD-9604 or Cardarine. You will scorch fat as energy. Energy to the roof. If you ever done a kedo diet. And i mean hitting ketosis. Fat as fuel will ATP way better than carbs. The good thing is you have options. These are from personal experience. Just titrate up til you find the sweet spot. 8mg bro, i couldn't get pass 3.5mg of reta. I has the skin sensation thing. I had to dial down. I have
been coasting on 2-2.5mg now. Sweet!

Aod did zero for me. Unfortunately. Im just following the study titration schedule. Started at 2 and upped 2 every 4 weeks. Haven't had any side effects other than one week of constipation that was remedied with a digestive enzyme and what i call enough miralax to make tubgirl blush. Im most likely stopping short at 10 because the stats just arent worth the money going toward 12+

Anytime I stall I eat something a bit sweet, or piece of pizza, or something that makes my system relax. You don't go all out and eat the whole pizza but just enough to signal to body that all is okay. Next 36 hrs., back on the program and overnight will drop 2+ pounds.

My favorite relief program is a Dutch Bros, largest iced Maple Waffle latte with no added sugar, soft top with caramel and salt on top and 4 hits of expresso. I'll make that last for about 2 days. Those visceral fat cells cheer me on big time, just before they liquify and go into the potty.
